Max was thorough when answering our questions and providing a variety of solutions for our issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and polite. He called me back with an update when he said he would. Aftee I arrived to pick up my hardcdrive, Max gave me a brief tutorial about accessing the data on my hard drive and where to obtain a cable to connect it to my laptop.
Overall, Max provided exceptional service and it was a pleasure doing business with him!

Extremely pleased. Kyle was knowledgeable, empathetic and had the parts needed to fix my Galaxy S22+ in stock. Told me it would be ready in 2 hours and when I returned in 2 hours it was ready. Couldn't have gone better. Kyle was very pleasant to work with.

When I brought my laptop in, it was sticky and covered in debris, making the keys hard to press. Jason worked on it, and now my keys press much more smoothly—I’m so glad I finally took this step to get it cleaned. Jason isn’t much of a talker, but he was upfront and honest about what to expect, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and grateful for his assistance.
