These collars are so well made and very handsome. I replaced the girl dog's collar after 2 years ONLY because the boy dog grabs it when they wrestle and it eventually frayed. But it took a long time to do so. The boy dog's collar still looks fantastic. I just bought a new one for him anyway because I can't resist all the attractive tartans and wanted to try the Anderson on him. Looks great!

The collar and leash are well made and of high quality . The collar has some padding for comfort. This business has beautiful supplies and good prices. So much nicer and well made than other brands. Great customer service too.

Got Daisy's new collar today and we LOVE it ?? From The Artful Canine It's our 3rd purchase from this great company since adopting Daisy in 2016. When we rescued her we found the only collar we could use to walk her safely was a Martingale style and none of our local big box stores sold them. I found The Artful Canine by the grace of God and they have wonderful, caring and helpful people not to mention a great selection of colors and styles!!! My Crazy Daisy looks beautiful ?

So I ordered a personalized dog tag and when the package came, I only received the little clip where the dog tag connects to the collar. I ended up leaving a one star review and was very disappointed. A couple days after notifying Artful Canine they reached back out and helped me get what I ordered. Not sure if there was a problem with how the order was processed but their customer service is awesome...that alone will keep me as a customer.

I recently placed an online order and paid for expedited shipping. It’s been over a week and I still do not have my order. I’ve emailed you three times as well, the response is that you do not have any control of the situation. A decent company would reimburse the shipping fee. I needed the collar for my dog last week, unfortunately I had to use a local chain store to purchase the collar. I prefer to support small businesses but this has not been a pleasant experience.

I'm a returning customer & have purchased numerous collars over the years (I like to change collars out every couple of weeks). I discovered The Artful Canine online & loved their designs for my 2 dogs that have since crossed over Rainbow Bridge. (My 9 yr old golden/lab girl, Darby, & my 14 yr old pointer boy, Nicholas, both to cancer). I held onto their collars because I knew there would be more dogs in my life. That should show you how well these collars last! To reflect my Scottish heritage, I have mostly plaids. In fact, I think I've purchased almost all of the "male" plaid collars. I've got more dogs now, so it's time they get their own collars from The Artful Canine!

I placed an order for the black watch plaid collar & matching leash (for $45). They APPEARED to be of good quality; however less than 6 months later the fabric on the collar is torn & fraying! Left a message; no reply. Called again today; Jo-Ann said my dog must have long nails & the fabric isn’t covered in their 1 year guarantee. ⁉️ She was quite harsh. I take my dog regularly to have her nails trimmed. I will never order from The Artful Canine again.

I just placed my THIRD order today!! We LOVE The Artful Canine family business and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing their super adorable products. We love them so much that when we traveled to Florida for a recent visit we just had to stop in to meet them in person. And they really have been a blessing to us. My dog chewed through a harness from my 2nd order and they repaired it for me free of charge. And today Jared gave me a discount just because I stopped in and it was my 3rd order and because it was a pattern I wasn't sure would go with my dog's fur color. As it turns out we LOVE the teal damask on our dog and I'm grateful that Jarod gave me a good deal on it today. We will definitely be ordering again soon. You can't go wrong with this awesome family business. Your dog will stand out with a unique style.
