The lady who drew my blood had an excellent touch - I didn't feel a thing. The lab is always clean and the techs are always friendly. The online scheduling is helpful, too. Highly recommend.

Talk about a well oiled machine! I set my appointment online, easy! Got a text confirmation. The next morning I get a text to click link when I arrive for check in! Done! I sit in a clean, beautiful waiting room for 1-2 minutes and they call me back. They had all my info pulled up. Sweetest lady checks and preps my arm and has me back out the door in about 5 minutes! Wow!! Best blood draw experience ever. I wish all offices ran this smoothly. Thank you!

Tried to drop off a specimen that required processing within 48 hours and the doors were locked despite it being twenty minutes to closing time. No other industry would get away with this.

I had blood drawn on June 6, 2024 - never received results. Tried calling no answer. Went personally with my receipt. A very rude lady took asked me to come in she looked in the computer & told me she could not help me. She said I had to call customer service, but I told her that I needed an answer that I had driven all the way to the office. She yelled at me and told me I needed to leave or she would call the police. POLICE? For what all I wanted was my test results. She said, “the doctor needs to call to get the results.” Wrong - you need to upload the results to my portal. She yelled & used the F word, I yelled back & told her not to yell or curse at me. Another young man came in & asked me to leave in a calm voice. I stood up & walked out. I have never been treated like this at a Quest Diagnostic. It was obvious a “Racist Karen” who thought she could mistreat a Latino woman. I will never step foot at this office again.

Went here for an important blood test for my pregnant wife. We told him some important information about how my wife has small veins and easily passes out in these situations, so they need to be very careful. The man blew me off and insulted me. He asked me “Do you know how to draw blood, sir?” Wow. Is this how Quest trains their employees? Blood draws are stressful for many people. Quest is an assembly line. A factory. They don’t care about their patients. If I could give zero stars I would.

Unnerving experience today. I was immediately apprehensive when I noticed that my technician's hands were trembling, perhaps nervous, or inexperienced. Then she was struggling mightily to do the pre-test data entry, talking to herself out loud while squinting to read her monitor. Several times she left the room to ask for help, several more her coworkers asked if she was okay, and several more they tried to help her. They made a point of stating that they were not managing her, and that there was no management today. After 20 minutes of watching 15 other patients zip in and out, I was able to request that a different technician draw my blood.
