Pleasant people, lovely store. Dennis has managed to save me more than $20 on shipping something to Europe. Packed everything himself, I just had to give the info and pay... that's what all customer service should be like. Employees are happy and take pride in their work; very 90s vibe, even have a mandatory classy goth girl in there.

I love this place. The people at Cole’s have always been courteous. I have sent many different things all over the world and they have always been helpful. They have shown me the fastest and most economical ways to send my package.

I have gone in there twice and the ladies are so rude . They look at me like im bothering them. I don’t know if they just hate their jobs or what . I wasn’t understanding what they were asking and the lady rolls her eyes at me and gets frustrated when all I was doing was trying to scan a QR label off to sell a book. Which I have done before and usually once it’s scanned it gives all information. I am just learning how to sell books off this app so I’m not an expert but geez it was like I ruined their whole day. So if there is a miscommunication maybe just be patient and explain it another way. There is no need to roll your eyes and get upset over it. Another time I went I was like oh I hope you're not closing early and they gave me attitude about that as well when she was moving a sign inside and made it seem like I was dumb for even making that comment. then the whole interaction she was standoffish. Everyone has bad days but why has both interactions left me feeling like I was wasting their time. It is just the second time they have been rude to me for no reason… don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to be kind and patient with all people. Just go to an actually post office.

Beautiful shop with fun gifts and very professional mailing service, the cashier helped me streamline what I was mailing and made suggestions that helped my parcel arrive quicker.

There aren’t enough words to express how absolutely amazing this place is! When you walk into this post office, it’s like taking a step back in time, talk about nostalgia! They have so many unique items to purchase for your loved ones, and you can tell that the staff all love their jobs! Dennis aka Cole runs a tight ship, and the whole crew are awesome! If I were to give any business in Venice a first place trophy, it would be this one. Thank you for always showing kindness and compassion.

Great for mailing packages. All are so friendly and helpful, but the bonus is all the cute things they have in this store. I never get out without something :) Also, a great supply of greeting cards!

Wow! I did not expect this fabulous store when I was looking for alternative to driving into Venice to mail a package! Let’s say you need to send a birthday card. Instead of going to a card shop, then post office you can do it all at Cole’s. Plus, you get to have a chat with the extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Bring cash, or go elsewhere. I needed a box -- nothing more, nothing less. The box cost less than $2. I did not have any cash on me, and the store has a $5 minimum credit card charge. The woman who assisted me suggested I stroll thru the store and purchase something to bring my total charge up to $5. I found nothing of interest and instead simply had them charge me $5 for my purchase. I get it -- running a small business is tough, but this seems really customer-unfriendly.

Service driven and overall friendly!!!I've visited them several times over the past few years and they are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.Although there is a service per diem to using them, in my humble opinion it's SOOOO much better than the alternatives.This is one of the places I feel good about promoting when I think "shop local"11/10 will return and would recommend to others who would rather pay a couple bucks more to save 30+ minutes driving to/from other options
