Love this yoga studio. Great community, positive healthy vibe, I've taken all the classes hot yoga, hot plates, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. Every one was awesome. My mind, body, and soul feel Great after I've been to this studio! Yoga is LIFE!

We offer hot yoga classes year round. These are the original 90 minute Bikram style yoga classes also known as the 26 & 2 yoga series. Additionally, we have a heated Pilates class and a much loved non heated restorative Yin class. If you are attending one of our classes for the first time, try to arrive 15 minutes early. The room is heated so wear comfortable, lightweight clothing and make sure you are properly hydrated. You will need a yoga mat, large towel, and a water bottle. These are available in the studio should you need them provided to you. Showers are also available. Be prepared to work hard, sweat and feel amazing!
