If I could give 10 stars to this company I would. I had a new front door with side lights and all my windows replaced this week. Special thank you to my installers Mike, Todd, and Chris who showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, were super professional and quick. Just had the inspection (passed) and the inspector said that they did a very good job. I am super pleased and would recommend Door Depot to anyone. Don't let the name fool you, they do other things besides doors! Love my new windows and front door!

My garage door went up on my way to work but would not go back down!! I work in the same complex with Door Depot so I called & Celeste could not have been more helpful & nice! She warned me not to try to move the door as a 2 1/2 garage door is very heavy & told me she would get Rob there in a couple of hours!! Rob came & spent almost two hours repairing my sensors & the wiring so my door worked again!! He explained what he had to do & what the costs would be - he was very nice!!
I had called the people who’s sticker is in my opener & the gave me an appointment in two weeks!! How would anyone want to leave their garage open for two weeks?!?!
I would recommend Door Depot to anyone without reservation based on their excellent customer service, response time & reasonable charges!!

My garage door opener needed to be replaced and I called Door Depot. I hadn't used them since 2002. The gentleman was courteous and efficient- I wouldn't use anyone else

We had a spring break on our garage door and I called Door Depot when they opened to see if I could get it repaired, they had a very busy schedule and scheduled me for the next day and assured me that if the technician was running ahead of schedule they would come by same day and get my garage door fixed. My cars were in the driveway so I wasn't trapped and I had told them I was ok to wait. Sure enough early afternoon I got a call and they came out and fixed the door, Rob the technician was very efficient, professional and frankly a very nice guy who worked diligently to get my garage door fixed as quickly as possible. I have used this company in the past and they have always sent the most competent and professional staff to fix any issues. The professionalism doesn't just come with the technicians he office staff is extremely efficient and very responsive to your situation and the urgency to get things corrected. Customer Service at its finest. I highly recommend

We discovered Door Depot when our neighbor installed hurricane shutters. Next thing you know we ordered all new hurricane shutters (even replacing an old shutter on our lanai) and a hurricane rated garage door from their very professional sales rep, Kyle. We found the price to be far more competitive than other quotes we had received. The installation was flawless and highly professional. Shortly after we extended our lanai and had to have the lanai shutter removed and reinstalled. Door Depot owner Eric personally organized this project around installation of pavers and a new cage. Again, flawless execution -- even after the big sale. Thank you, Eric!

I've used Door Depot for years. However, Robert F. who came out and serviced my garage door today was by far the most professional and friendly representative I've had at my home so far. He went above and beyond to do the job correctly.

Wish Door Depot had TEN STARS because they are that wonderful. From Zak, our salesman, to Brian who installed our door, to Eric the owner. Every one is professional!! I needed to make a last minute color change (and I mean the NIGHT BEFORE installation) and Eric made it happen❣️ I highly recommend this company!!!!

Door Depot of Venice installed our new garage door today. The technicians showed up on time and were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The door is very high quality, operates smoothly and hurricane rated to 200+ mph. I highly recommend Door Depot for one stop complete hurricane shutters and/or garage door replacement from estimate through permitting to final installation.

Jeff came to service our garage door and was there on time, replaced the rollers, eased the tension, greased all the joints, and explained all he did and how I could spray the parts to help minimize noise and reduce deterioration.
