Planned to go on vacation March 22, 2024. A week before from that date went to get a pedicure at Bebe nails while getting this service staff recommended me Bebe hair Salon to get my hair color and some highlights(balayage style)She recommended to go to Bebe hair salon and spa( next door, same owner) to meet specifically with Karla. Went over to meet up Karla showed her the pictures of what I wanted she stated that she knew how to get it done and she could do it now. Well after she finish the color, highlights and blow dry went home and noticed that the right side of my hair had more highlights then the left side and the color wasn’t even. I texted Karla and told her what happened she asked me when can I go back to get the color corrected, we agreed for Thursday, March 21 afternoon. Keep in mind that I was traveling on Friday morning. Well when I arrived to get the correction. Miss Karla toned my hair and blower dry only the front and told me well you are all done I have to go. I have a place to go”. Imagine that ! I was shocked ? ?!She never told me that she wasn’t going to blower dry my hair and that the work she does is only half way. Then she told me I can recommended you someone somewhere else to blower dry your hair.. I was like no. Right after I called the owner which let me notate they’re are siblings. I explained what happened. “Came over to get hair color correction and hair dry and the job was done half way and again with different color. He told me that they only guarantee hair color correction not blower dry. I was like who’s going to just get the hair wash and not blower dry! He replied well there’s a charge. I responded I had no issues to pay the extra charge which Karla told me about it and why will she told me to get see somebody else? She just did a bad job because she was rushing out. If she had something to do like getting Married next day she should had told me and not agreed to meet. He begging to called me Mi Reina” can you come next day, I was no! I am leaving on vacation tomorrow.. I was so upset about the entire situation because I was traveling next day and it was Thursday afternoon. Calling me mi Reina didn’t make it better! And he justified what she did. Karla knew that she was going to get Married next day and committed to get me in. I just hanged up the phone because I had to go home to was and blow dry my hair. Not to mention that I paid $250.00 for that shitti job and had to go somewhere else to correct her bad job. Karla doesn’t have work ethics nor work experience doing hair. She should not work as a hair stylist. Keep in mind that she’s the sister of the owner!!! If you want to get you hair damage and waste you money go see Miss Karla at Bebe hair salon.

I was there in July and I believe I was your first customer. You had just opened that day. The service and quality was impressive. The cut and color was perfect. I am ready for another appointment.

I was so upset with my experience. The website read $60 for color, (more for long hair). My hair was an inch and a half past my shoulders. I knew that for the price I would not recieve that great of service but I am a college student. My stylist I believe was Luz. My hair color is patchy. She spilled water completely down my back. Pushed religion on me the entire time. I tried to be friendly and agree but truly it was for $60 so I would have just put up with it for the price. When the bill came up, I was charged $150. I didn't say anything but I really wish I did. I also talked with her about bad experiences with the past because people thought they could get away with certain things because I am young, and yet she did the same thing. I left really upset and humiliated.

I was originally quoted $120 for a cut, color and partial highlight, only to find out that was not the actual price. After almost walking out Luz agreed to do my hair for the agreed upon price. I was horrified at the state of my hair as it was as if she went at it with a weed wacker. Extremely choppy and very uneven. She also cut it way too short even after me showing her a picture of the style I wanted. I will never return to this salon. I really hope I can find someone to fix this mess

We recently moved & are trying to locate a salon for my teen son nearby. We tried The Station Salon today & were scheduled with Luz. Granted my son is particular, but we very specifically asked for just a minimal trim. He said he kept asking her to please stop cutting & she just kept saying I need to cut the tips. At any rate he left in tears & is so upset that she cut too much & would not listen to her customer & stop when he asked. To add to that she charged $25 for a men’s trim. The listed price is $15+. Not sure how his hair & the very minimal we asked for equated to an extra $10. We will certainly not be back & I will not be transferring myself there either.Service: Haircut

After bouncing around to different salons, and not being satisfied, I tried The Station Salon. Stacy listened to what I was looking for and did a great job with my cut and color. I will be going back and highly recommend it.

I went in for a cut and color. I came out to extremely fried hair. I am a brunette that has recently accepted my grays coming in and wanted to get some highlights with a blend of gray. She told me it was doable but the color might not be exactly what I want it yet. Ok, that’s fine. I know it can be a process. I had bleach on my hair for 3 hours with 20 minutes of that under the heat seat. Once everything was washed she was having a very hard time coming through it and said she didn’t get all of the dye out so I was sent back to the sink for another rinse. I believe that was an excuse to put more conditioner in my hair. After getting back to the seat I took a look and was completely shaken up because I saw the damage. I could literally touch my hair and I was falling apart. She saw me getting upset and said she told me before that it might happen. No, what she told me was the color might not be what I wanted. That can be fixed. She applied 2 different solutions to my hair, one being a serum to mask the damage. It looked ok but still fried after I walked out. Once I got out in the humidity my hair started to look like a birds nest. I’m am so upset and now have to start the process of trying to repair my hair before I can get anything else done to it after I finally got it to the length I wanted. If it wasn’t something that could be done without extreme damage to my hair I think a true professional would not have done it and explained.

Worst experience ever. Luz was not clean. She was aggressive in selling Jesus to me. She made it very awkward to be there. After my color was done she said her sister was gonna shampoo my hair while she was working next door in the nail salon. Luz left the store to get her sister. Overall unprofessional, unhygienic and unpleasant. I'm giving it one star because she did a good job blow drying my daughters hair. After which she was tired and couldn't shampoo my hair. I asked her to rinse out the color from my hair. But she insisted she would shampoo my hair. Which she did but I was so aggravated at this point, I just left with my hair dripping wet. She amount she charged was not acceptable either. First and last time going to the salon.Services: Hair coloring

Christy is absolutely amazing!! I am so happy that she is now in such a convenient location!!If you’re on the fence about making an appointment…DO IT!! You will love your outcome!! She has done highlights and Brazilian blowouts for me. Both have had fantastic results!!

We were in a bind they really pulled through for us. Luz did an excellent job. My daughters regular hair girl was busy and we were a little nervous going to somebody new for a balayage. She did a fabulous job.Services: Balayage
