OK for 2 days now, spending over an hour each time.. And nope I wasn't shopping that long, in fact it took me less than 3-5 mins to get my 2 photos uploaded, and into my Cart. I was \\u0026have been trying to check out. The payment option I wanted is credit or debit. I tried 2 different credit cards and also 2 different Debit cards, their system repeatedly says invalid card numbers. I have used all 4 cards within the last few days, and have checked thru my banking Apps, all good. So u called customer service. The gentleman that I spoke with was rude insinuated that my cards were not valid, unavailable funds to cover purchase. So frustrating. I don't drive, I'm on disabled and online shopping and delivery are the only way I have to get things we need. Also I had a coupon I wanted to use..IDK how to proceed. Shocked about the treatment I received.

Made the mistake of calling in a inhaler here , called in the day before and I show up at 930 the next t morning and no sir that be a hour to get together!!!!

I witnessed the most disturbing thing at this Store less than 30 minutes ago. A young lady came to the checkout with a toddler in tow. She was trying to purchase Dermaplast and Tucks. Wow, how I remember the relief those two items provided after giving birth. Seriously, you corporate rule makers should experience that pain just once! It's quick and easy to get into but it's a little hard to find things. They have so much there you have to go up and down the aisles looking. They usually only have a few people working. They can be busy also.

Superior experience! The Pharmacist Essam helped me pick out the perfect medicine for my mother. Although it was busy, he didn't at all shrug me off nor seem bothered to go down the aisle and give me choices! He explained each and what they are for and gave me an education that was extremely helpful - go get'em Essam. Then to add to the experience on checking out Beth was at the register. Lo and behold if she wasn't the best, her customer service skills were just amazing. So polite and professional, not sounding robotic either. She saw that I bought some cold medicine and cross marketed with, "Did you know that we have a 2 for 1 on cough drops?" So I left the store and got into my truck when my mom was coughing and I said to her they got a special on cough drops! Nonetheless, I went back in a saw Beth once again...You got me hooked Walgreens - thank you keep up the great work.
