“Huge newly paved parking lot in a small strip mall. Easy handicap parking. The pharmacist Moe is great! Any questions I have about anything health related, including my prescriptions, he answers patiently and thoroughly. English is his second language. I am such a regular patron now that they usually have my prescriptions ready for me without even having called in. Unless I have a change of prescription I can be in and out of the pharmacy in less than 4 minutes. If not there is a comfy leather couch with pillows to sit on during a very short comfortable wait.”

“Impressed by this CVS in Titusville. We were greeted by the lady at the register upon walking in and asked if we needed help finding anything. We had an Rx called in that we forgot to pick up back home and knew what we were on the hunt for. The pharmacist and staff was super friendly as well. I couldn't find some sinus stuff that I was looking for a lady helped me with that. No line at check out and we were in and out within a timely manner. The store is set up nicely as well. Being from outta town it was hard to find stuff but that wasn't due to anything they could help. We just had never been here before. Overall good experience! And Rx was done within an hour! Fast speedy and friendly service!”

“First let me say this is no reflection on Chris or Roxanne or any of the other pharmacy staff, but the new lady Lola is horrible. She’s inconsiderate and rude. She rushes you. She actually yelled private information across the pharmacy floor and when I asked her to come closer to speak to her she didn’t have time. Any time my doctor sends my meds electronically they always arrive very quickly, however on this particular day that Lola was working they never arrived. I don’t know if it was intentional or she just didn’t know what she was doing. It doesn’t cost a thing to be nice to someone…. She is just not where it’s at.”

When I checked again she said they had to order one or I could check with other Walgreens (I am going out of town tomorrow AM) and that I had to wait 2 more hours for the one they had and that they were 80 scripts behind. Crystal came up and saved the day!!! Got my scripts in 10 mins. She definitely knows her job and is great! Thanks so much!”

“Although Publix pharmacy is not my primary pharmacy, I have used this location (2000 Cheney Hwy, Titusville, FL 32780) several times in the past year. They have never failed me, have always been polite and knowledgeable. Also, the staff has gone above and beyond by helping me locate the best price on certain prescriptions... On a few occasions they directed me to a pharmacy that was not a Publix pharmacy! They should get extra points for that! Although I have not dropped my four-star rating of this location, the last two visits have not been pleasant; If it continues, I will adjust my review accordingly.”

“I’m not a big fan of CVS. I went in to used the MG service. Not all CVS stores allow you to use the service late but this store does until 10 pm ??! Service was ok. I will caution against some of the bottled water and gallon products sold in this store. I do not believe they are as pure as advertised. That’s on the suppliers of those products, though.”
