one staff member working on a stack of ~20 certified mail envelopes. smirking behind counter thinking it was quite funny we had to wait. when asked if a coworker could back her up , response was "not at this time" I left and went to Temple Terrace. Very prompt and efficient service. took <10mins.

USPS is a bureaucratic socialist monopoly & should never have been created. Thank goodness capitalism provides so many better alternatives for communication & delivery. Please help end the USPS & join the Libertarian Party, the only party that is working to stop the monstrosity of the United States Postal Service and the rest of the USA's Police State. "0" stars should be an option for USPS.

I get notes for me to come pick up my small, soft package,that comes once a month because the deliver states that they cannot get to my box. They PASS right by my box delivering mail to my neighbors ?. Yes going to complain is a WASTE of your time. It takes forever for the person to understand what you are saying and when you think they do...they have NOTHING for you and they don't care!!!

They never had my mail, especially if you live in Spanish Main the people in their office don't give it back to the Post Office at the Thonotosassa Post Office they will send everything back to sender. They will not hold your mail if you even put a request in to hold it. I swear these people play around with your mail

[email protected]… This place is joke. Bought a $78. PO Box only to have them forget to open the box! When priority mail arrived ($60 cost) it was sent back to sender. Bunch of idiots work here.

Very bad postal service. Employees are not feeling good from this postal service. This postal service you need to use your own vehicle.If you get job over postal service I will recommend don’t come to this postal service because of own vehicle, when you use your own vehicle it’s hard to works. If you get postal service job then go any other postal service.

mailman is constantly putting items in the wrong community mailbox it being Christmas time many of the presents I have purchased online have been delivered to wrong mailboxes and the neighbors have stolen themThe post office can't do anything about it

Im not sure who my mail carrier is, but definitely the rudest one I’ve ever encountered. Where I live we have small boxes and then a few large ones for packages that you get a key to in your normal one if you have something too big to fit. One of the boxes never works. I can only get it open about half the time. The key is bent and the lock is jammed. After 3 days trying to open it, I left a note with that key in my box saying “Box 6 won’t open, can my items please be put in a different one?” (For the record, there were plenty free) And she/he left me a scrawled response today “it opens fine, you figure it out idiot”.... who the hell responds like that? I wish to god I knew their name and that I could switch post offices and carriers. Now I know why all my stuff comes damaged too. Because this careless, rude, and inconsiderate human is the one handling it.
