This company cares nothing about its employees or customers. Carl the manager at this store is a liar and has zero character. Colleen the Division manager (so called) has the same character. They do not care. Here is a fun fact. Carl told me the womens shoes cost $60 and mens cost $80. Now you can decide if they are trying to take advantage of elderly with retail prices over $200. Stay away if you care about character and doing business with honest people

Update:Villages Comfort Shoes sent me a brand new pair free of charge! Thank you so much for making this right for me!!I have bought my work shoes from them for years and they were great! The last pair I bought in March of 2022 are falling apart! I paid $175 for them. I work part-time as a hairstylist. The souls of the shoes are not solid and are made of inferior materials compared to the same shoes I purchased in the past. I have tried gluing them because I need to wear them for work, and they continue to come apart!!I am disappointed and very angry with this company and will not buy shoes from them again!!!

Never met a more unsuited sales person in my life with the worst attitude i have ever seen.Sara needs to get a job away from the public. I know its hard to find good help but Sara will ruin your business.

Worn SAS for years. Even purchased multiples of same style because comfort couldn't be matched. Pricey but so worth it. Washable and refresheable. Michael was very helpful at The Villages, FL store. Explained about the extra heel and foot cushions - I never knew!

I was in desparate need of a pair of shoes that would fit my large wide feet. I couldnt find a pair that didnt hurt when I tried them on. Then finally my son found this store in The Villages Brownwood Florida. I went into SAS Shoes and met Kara. She listened so very intently to my foot problems, and after pulling out a total of 4 different pairs of shoes she found the pair that was just for me! She said she wasn't going to let me leave until she heard me say WOW. These are the ones. I can not tell you how happy she made me! Her hard work, and dedication to my Customer Service was unparalleled! I will definately come back again and again. Thank you Kara!

Our salesperson Kara Connor was very knowledgeable and patient with my 87 year old Mother. She recently fell and needed new supportive shoes that would help with her balance. We spent more than an hour in the store and Kara made certain that my Mother was fitted correctly and her selections were supportive and stylish. Kara made my Mother feel great and more confident. We purchased 3 pairs of shoes! Thank you Kara - you were awesome and we will continue to be SAS customers!!
