I was seen in a very timely manner even though I was a walk-in. My phlebotomist was very pleasant, thorough with the paperwork and days input, and slipped the needle right in even though I'm usually a hard stick. Kudos to her!!

Horrible place to work for. The training sucks and as a phleb ask you to do everything that a medical assistant does at a lower pay rate. The supervisor is very unprofessional that’s why people keep quitting.
Their pay rate is very low compare to other companies and they spect u to do billing, accessing, processing, appointments, phone call to Doctor office, enter requisitions, edit orders, fix diagnostics codes when thats not part of a phlebotomist license, pour off specimens, send outs, Blood pressures, weights, height , work for more than 6 hours straight with no lunch or 15min, work from 6-3 and over, they will not pay overtime cause the rather give u 2 hours lunch to avoid paying extra time, the supervisor offer me a permanent position and when I said no she got upset. I had the courtesy to give to weeks but she definitely did no like it and her behavior stated to be unprofessional tours me. Unbelievable that phlebs keep quitting because they being overworked and nobody says anything about it. God bless the people that work there but it’s not for me. I learned a long time ago to ask for a pay rate that I deserve and their pay definitely doesn’t make sense for so much work. The company doesn’t give you a professional training at all, I actúally was learning from others and asking questions the entire time and most of the phlebs were confused about policies and specimens collections. I witnessed many clients complaining about specimens going missing. I send a message to the supervisor explaining how chaotic and disorganized this place was and her response was that she knew and to hang in there… I’m telling you this place definitely not at my label , I hope u think before I try it. I was a client but not anymore after I saw how be everything runs in there…. Smh

8/23/24 this place has one two many unprofessional people . This is the second time I come to this place after registering they tell me it’s not in the system. Re do it as simple as that . With an attitude like that they should not work with patients .

The phlebotomist was courteous, helpful, polite, respectful, professional, and caring. The doctors office did not provide a proper diagnosis code for my insurance carrier to pay my claim, so the phlebotomist phoned my doctors office and obtained the proper diagnosis code. Then she called me and I returned to Quest for my blood draw. She made me feel better for doing that because I am deaf! Thank you Quest! Your worker go the extra mile to satisfy the customer and that's why I return and choose Quest for all my lab draws! I use the Bella Cruz location in Lady Lake, FL.
