Lisa was very good. She made me feel relaxed and I didn't even feel the needle. I will totally request her in the future when I need labs again. :)

I was seen in a very timely manner even though I was a walk-in. My phlebotomist was very pleasant, thorough with the paperwork and days input, and slipped the needle right in even though I'm usually a hard stick. Kudos to her!!
