This store (Lady Lake FL) is always a mess. Only the front of the store and clothing is properly stocked. The shoe department is constantly full of boxes, empty shelves, and employees shuffling things around. You have to download their app and shop with it to scan any items of interest for the price because many things are not marked; on the item itself or the shelf. I’ll scan things for a price at Walmart, Kohl’s, target… Belk, if you want me to pay your prices, stop treating me like an employee.

What a great collection of women's clothing and shoes! Wow! There was so much to pick from and I think I found my favorite store! It's like Macy's but even better I think! There's every style you can imagine there and if you need shoes..... This is the place! They have everything!

The young man in the shoe department was excellent! He ran after me as I was leaving the store to tell me he found the size shoe I needed. I call that 5 star service! Thank you!

Always a very good experience shopping at the Villages Belk's. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of merchandise is always top notch and displayed artistically and appealing.

Would have given this store 1 star after the way the lady in fine jewelry treated my mother and I, but because of the courtesy and excellent customer service of Ashley, I give the experience 3. I see why this store has only a 2 star rating. Which was why my mother didn’t want to come to THIS location to begin with. Do BETTER!!!
