Overcharged by $5 on my purchase and when I complained they were unable to refund the money because it was a credit card purchase and they claimed not to know how to run a refund. Note that similar complaints are mentioned for this store by other reviewers. Do not shop here.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Was trying to withdraw money from the ATM, there was something Lodge in the card reader. So I told the attendant that there was something wrong with the at. He accused me of breaking!

You just ripped me off and hung up on me , 20 dollars for a Pepsi, Arizona tea two slices of pizza which is 2 for three and a black n mild , I'm not a mathematical genius but that don't add up then to hang up

This is a franchise store. Most 711 in the area are however they like to play by their own rules. Discrimination, and possibly in league with other owners to keep good people from having a stable job to support themselves in this rising economy. This is the second 711 to fire and employee just because they can. I mistake was make by the owner and he did everything possible to make it the employees fault and because he had to come back to his store ( he left a gap in the schedule) a hard working employee that has been working for 711 for 3 years was terminated due to his own negligence. I choose to shop in a place where morals and values matter to everyone not just the cashers.

Gross, no soap in the store to wash hands and I asked the employee who was touching the food while making it if they had any soap and he said no soap in store they are waiting on a delivery.

3rd time I’ve come here and the gas pumps stick and keep pumping AFTER you pressing the handle to stop. Very scammy and adds an additional $2-4 more than I intended each time.

Left Tampa on got on I75 headed back to Ja ksonville from a Sunday Sunday day trip. I stop0ed by the 7 eleven to geta cup of Joe and some gas. Gas was only $2.98. The cup of Joe was hot and delicious. The bathroom room was dirty but usable. The clerk at the front counter was hospitable and served with a smile. One can go anywhere for gas and coffee, but when I'm down in the Tampa area, I always go to 7 eleven for a cup of coffee, some gas, and a hot dog. The hotdogs are usually 2 for $5 or some variation. I'm heading back to Duval as I type. By the way, interstate I 75 highway takes a little longer but is not congested like Interstate 4 can become!@#$%
