I had placed an order last night for a meeting I had this morning and when I went to pick it up, I realized that because I ordered it too late, the order was scheduled to be made tomorrow. Be slow and cautious when entering and exiting the parking lot as there are many blind spots, many patrons exiting and entering the store on foot, and the traffic is a little bonkers in this area.”

“I'm generally very pleased w/ everything I buy at Aldi's. It's rare that I have the urge to return first-time purchases. I've been buying their Vanilla Bean Ice Cream for years. Within the last three weeks though the Vanilla Bean Ice Cream has tasted totally different, for the worse. I even switched to Chocolate, but found this flavor to have been remarkably cheapened. Have we changed purveyors? Have we cheapened the formulation to "combat inflation to maintain our margins? I don't know what the hell's going on, but I've bought my last tub. I'm not a "settler" & will not accept cheapened products.”

“Today i had the greatest of experiences at the deli! Publix discontinued some items and changed their hotcase times here to close the case at 7pm. Even with the case down and counts already made this wonderful lady by the name of Beverley went so above and beyond of what anyone would expect! She stopped what she was doing to go on a hunt for and with me for an item i needed for our supper and found the perfect size and flavor we needed. Even had to get to the very top of shelves to find it. When i say greatest experience at Publix Im not joking one bit. Beverly and the whole deli team were magnificent. But Miss Beverley was just superb! Her laugh was contagious, smile infectious and her overall attitude was a pure blessing. I would come back to this store over and over just to say hello and thank you to this best employee this store has. I truly hope her managers realize how great an employee she is. Thank God there are nice people like Beverly in the world today”

“I am so impressed with the Deli manager...I had an issue with some platters and I contacted him.. I received an email stating on my next visit to the store they would refund me. I was given a refund with no issues and when I walked into the store to talk to him about it he knew exactly what the order was and what the issue was without me giving him too much info. I have never had any issues with anything I have ordered before. This interaction is why I will continue to do all my shopping at publix.. “I will be very honest in my review. My experiences are always typically pleasant and the staff are always friendly when I shop. I wasn’t particularly in the greatest of moods overall today with a lot going on that was personal in life; so, I wanted to find a particular item to cook with that they usually have in stock and when I couldn’t find it I was helped by the manager. He was also assisting to try and look for the item to no avail. I wasn’t dismayed by any means and was fine with an alternative item. The manager’s name was Mike. He was very friendly and was courteous towards the end of my shopping experience; so I can honestly say that it made my day much better. I know it was a very simple gesture of kindness but I would like to commend the manager for overall improving my experience while shopping. I will honestly still continue to shop at this location. Thank you very much Mike!”
