Just worked with store manager Victoria. Wonderful woman!Had all the patience in the world and literallywith a smile on her face solved my problem. She had an amazing determination to resolve the issue I was having. NEVER GAVE UP!!!!!!

The young lady that helped this phone illiterate yesterday was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I left the store having all my questions answered. We were acknowledged when we walked in and waited about 5 mins to be waited on. In this society of untrained and unfriendly customer service, she was a breath of fresh air.

Bought an iphone13 pro and a new iPad Air with insurance for both. Phone overheated in first 2 days. Called store. Guy on the phone dodged every question while I could hear the female manager in the background coaching him. She didn’t have the guts to talk to me directly. They told me to take it up with apple or the third person insurance. Should have known when phone wasn’t factory sealed. Sold me a used phone. Total scam. Definitely go to apple directly. Oh well thank God for credit card fraud protection

I was in there to upgrade my phone and there was a rude lady screaming on the top of her lungs at the other employee. The manager Victoria handled it very professionally and apologetic to us other customers that were in there after the incident. Kudos to her for handling that in a calm manner.I also love my new phone. Thank you Victoria

I was at this store in Tarpon Springs Florida they leave me waiting for almost an hour. I don't recommend this location they need more staff and they need to be a little bit quicker!!!

Jordan is an absolute delight. I don’t usually leave reviews because I usually don’t have a really good experience, but this for sure deserved one. He is not the typical sales person. He doesn’t make you feel like you have to buy certain things, yet he’s very knowledgeable and lets you know the specials, the store was busy during my visit but he was the only one who didn’t seem overwhelmed by it. He was helping several people at the same time but was very attentive and never left you for a long period. Had a smile on and the best manners. I will always visit this store as long as I get the service I got today. If all places had employees like Jordan, customer service would be through the roof with amazing reviews. This store is very lucky to have such a happy and well put together team. Huge shout out to Jordan though for the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Hands down.

Nothing like being a loyal customer for years. Then being completely over charged and no way to fix it. I’ve spent at least 30 hours of my time on the phone with 4-5 different people from customer service and told they see what I’m saying and everything would be taken care of, but nothing was. Jae was very nice and fully explained my plans and researched to have me have the best plan possible. Plus she helped me pick out an accessory that I was unaware that existed. Pleasant experience overall and most importantly, it didn’t take hours.
