Buyer beware!! If you bought a Groupon for a keratin treatment! They will claim the hair is too long if it’s past your shoulders and you need to pay additional $$ I made an appointment for my daughter a month ago for a trim and keratin treatment. After waiting for 30 minutes not even greeted when coming in while she was with someone else and then said it would take 3 hours for treatment not 2 hours like advertised and an additional $50 for treatment. We ended up walking out due to false advertising and terrible customer service. Communication was awful she barely spoke English. I spoke with Groupon and they are refunding me.

Unfortunately did not get my hair done at this salon, as they lost a new customer. I showed up for appointment, salon said they called phone to reschedule, so I had to show my cell phone to proved no call was received. The hair dresser starts belittling me for what I wanted to have done to my hair, my hair that does not have any breakage and blonde was well taken care of my previous hair dresser (another state). I had to get paid childcare for this appointment, this salon showed no care. Be respectful, be kind , and value others time/money .

Lynn is so patient and so amazing. I have super dense, dry and curly hair and she is able to transform it to be soft, silky and smooth every time. Definitely recommend her for keratin and any other hair needs.

I went into Artistic Cuts for the 1st time this week, expecting to schedule an appointment. I had a very bad haircut and had been allowing it to grow in so a new salon could work with it. Lyn and Kevin put me straight into a chair and worked together, consulting with each other on how to give me a pretty haircut out of the mess I had. They were puzzled with the haircut I'd come in with. But they were wonderful! They worked for well over an hour to make sure I looked pretty when I left. They were so friendly and built my confidence back up. They have beautiful personalities, and we shared a lot of laughs. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and had my color touched up, too. I can truly say that I not only received the best cut and color than I've had in 10 years, but I had fun too! Also, the salon has the latest equipment. No sitting under old-fashioned hair dryers! I was amazed. I had a great experience with the wonderful people here.

Hands down, the ABSOLUTE BEST haircut, I've ever received! Linh, my beautician, was Amazing! She was professional, kind, considerate, and hard-working! I could not be happier with the experience. Every snip she made was as precise as a surgeon! ? Also there, another employee, Kim. She cut my boyfriend's hair, and massive beard! (Also, fantastic job)Watching them work helped me gain a whole new respect for their profession.. I will always come back for services in the future.
