Before complaining I will say the staff is always friendly and speedy; However after reviewing the receipt from my oil change the other day the math didn’t add up with a $25 off coupon. Oil change base price $84.99 +$3.99 service fee, subtotal $88.98 tax $6.23 which would equal $95.21. Shows a $25 coupon on receipt which was a “any oil change” coupon but charged $95.21. Could be an honest mistake but should review the charges before paying.

I will never take my car here or recommend this place to anyone! A few weeks ago we took my car here to get an oil change. We pulled up and were instantly told that because it was a BMW it would be minimum $125. Okay, that was fine. He then went to see if they had a filter. They did not so they sent us to their Hudson location which did. We get to that location and waited about 15-20 minutes in the bay to then be told by the 2 guys there that they have never changed a BMW before but would try. Ummm hell no! Why would you #1 tell the Tarpon location it was okay to send us that way, pull us into a bay to wait to then tell us you were not sure how to do it. They said we could take the oil filter BACK to the Tarpon Springs location and they could do for us. So we drove BACK to Tarpon Springs and told the same guy what happened and he was instantly furious. Dropping the f word non stop and called the hudson location to start yelling at them. He then tell us that they "say" they dont know how to change certain cars because they just dont want to do it etc. So we pull into a bay while this guy is still ranting and cussing. The manager asks us to pop the hood and three of them just stand there and stare like they have no idea what to do. The manager goes down below and is starting to cuss etc and the other guy is telling him what to do. They then tell me they have no way to measure how much is going in because I dont have a dipstick so just an FYI. We paid about $130, no tire check, no washer fluid check nothing other than them draining, putting oil in and a new oil filter. Fast forward to a couple days later...I go out after not driving my car and see a HUGE pile of oil on the ground. So I call and they tell me to bring it back. This was my anniversary so instead of going to dinner we went back to have them see. The manager does not even say a word do us, guides us in the bay and goes under the car. He then comes back up and tells us he was sorry, he didn't tighten something good enough and he did see it leaking. Now a few weeks later I am getting a warning light saying I am low on oil. I am sorry but I have a basic BMW, its nothing fancy and I have a hard time believing that they have never once changed the oil on one. How can a place that specializes in oil changes not know what they are doing. I would have rather been told they don't do it so I wouldn't have wasted my time and my money. In the past I have taken it to Jiffy lube for less money and had tires checked, washer fluid checked, vacuumed etc. and have never had any issues. This place is a joke, unprofessional and they need more training. I understand that people get frustrated but we do not need to hear you cussing people out, dropping the F bomb every 5 seconds. DO BETTER!!!
