Came in on a Saturday for a matter that could have only been resolved in person with a banker, didn’t have an appointment because they were all booked out for weeks, and was thankfully able to be squeezed in between appointments to be seen with the banker, Kala Harn, and resolve my issue. She was quick, professional, and courteous and I am very thankful.

Me and my wife came to this bank to open a business account and were told by two female bankers in which one of them is a manager, I know this because I’ve been going to this bank for over 10 years, to set an appointment for next week or go online and open an account online. They both had no clients and were just talking to each other. Clearly they both didn’t want to help me. This will be the last time I ever go to this bank ever again. Chris Duggins if you’re still the district manager you need to teach this branch about customer service.

Terrible service I have always liked Wells Fargo but I tried to open an account for my daughter I went to 3 different banks and they didn't serve me because they need support

They closed early for 4/20! About 10 cars trying to use ATM in drive through at 4ish. Who knew 4/20 was a bank holiday...lol. Manager said...I'm not missing out on these deals....

Don’t expect to accomplish anything at this branch. Their lobby remains closed and they refuse to expand their drive-through services.Edit - WF, you’re not going to learn more about my visit, because the branch was closed. If I really needed MY money, what would I do? I’m going to locate one of your branches that is open, and I’m going to close all of my accounts.

Location has 1 whole ATM and it’s down. Wells Fargo is more sophisticated than this.

Not a "wise" bank run by any degree of forward thinking individuals! But again....this is the bank "found guilty of bank fraud and fined $3 Billion .... "US government fines Wells Fargo $3 billion for its 'staggering' fake-accounts scandal. New York (CNN Business) Wells Fargo was hit with a $3 billion fine Friday by federal authorities outraged by the millions of fake accounts created at the troubled bank over many years." So maybe going from fraud to stupidity is a positive step? I received a mailer offering $500 to open up business account; great...that would fit for me. Plus I have retirement direct depo so easy-peasy! Not so fast, my friends (Thanks Lee Corso!) After furnishing branch commercial dept heads with all my state licenses, tax ID numbers, Records of Incorp....it looked to be a done deal. However----WF could never actually comprehend my LLC had a DBA attached! That's the legal way to do it from my business state! And I produced published copyright papers procuring my DBA....and showed 3 (three) other commercial accounts that listed LLC followed by DBA....one in Florida. So legal here, also. But the "bean counters" at corporate kept stalling....never allowing me to get account opened during the promo date limit. Plus....even though I receive free checks as a senior citizen for my personal accounts....manager declined comping 1st box of checks....stating commercial accounts do not have free checks...at WF that is! My other 3 LLC accounts provided me with free counter checks! Guess this bank has yet to grasp the idea of "CUSTOMER SERVICE!" And all this from the bank that forced employees to invent names and open ghost accounts to push management into bonus limits! *********RUN---don't walk---to a better bank!********
