No one answers the phone, I've been calling and calling since they opened this morning and no one answers. They've held my package for 8 days and not returned and haven't updated it for 7 days. Can't get ahold of anyone. Just let me pick it up at this point and deliver it myself. I've called their national number with no hope as well and they had to put an inquiry in as to what they've done with it.

This post office has the most patient and helpful employees. I've been using this post office since I moved to the area for over 30 yrs.

The package arrived when I wasn't home. They left a note on my door. I came to pick up my package. 3 counters were working. I waited a very short time. A very nice lady delivered my package. I was very pleased.

USPS is trying to put themselves out of their misery. Just close down. Every time I *must * go to USPS, there’s some simple thing they “cannot” do. This time it was literally printing a label for an Amazon return because “it needs to be a QR code”.

We sent a package to our daughter who lives in Tampa, a package, the one who supposedly delivered it left it at the door of the apartment which is not true, there are cameras in front of the door, when it was checked no one had delivered it, the Post master of that office has two versions, this is very doubtful, it disappeared by magic, many strange things happen within the postal service.

I was very annoyed I went on a Monday after around 12:50pm and I didn’t leave until 1:10pm. Madelena the counter clerk was not friendly and made it difficult for the difference for normal vs priority mail. I had to fill out the address slip 3 times before I could actually pay to have it shipped. I can’t believe I have to pay for a shipping label. These clerks are government workers in which my taxes are going to them and they gets all holidays off. They could be a little nicer and helpful when assisting customers. Do not go to this location if shipping a box.

WORST USPS LOCATION I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Unprofessional, rude, lack of concern for anything, lazy, and each person just hands you off to the next when you have an issue. Issues don't get resolved because nobody at USPS cares. They collect their Government Salary, have their great Insurance, their Holiday Pay and their vacation days and don't have to work with any real effort at all to keep their jobs.

Asked for a mail hold, where they promptly lost all my mail for 2 weeks. This is after numerous times where they have lost mail and deliveries over the past couple years, and then sent me "satisfaction surveys" for never finding items and closing cases without investing further.
It's sad because the post office used to be such a good option. I hope other locations are in better order.

Poorly serviced. Never more than 1 person servicing customers and always a long line that moves at snail pace. Drive further, go to a different one!

I have no idea what has happened to this location over the last several years but it has gone downhill. I don't have a problem with the employees, although several of the old timers have left/retired in the last year or so, most of the staff is friendly (considering the rude and entitled behavior I have watched them deal with that is impressive in and of itself). However what actually happens to the mail here is a complete mystery. Twice in thirty days I sent envelopes from Tampa to Tampa with tracking and twice, despite being told it was a two day delivery, those items have taken a week to arrive (and these were not sent during Holiday weeks/weekends). Hope they get it figured out.
