I had a happy return, the lady who came up to me told me to wait and went to help everyone in the line except for me. After the line passed one the workers asked what I was waiting for… awesome, so I just let the whole line in front of me for nothing. At least that lady could’ve told me to get back in line if she couldn’t help me. Was I supposed to stand there all day waiting for her to finish helping other people who came after me?

I came to get my fingerprints done for a job and Brittani went above and beyond for me. The machine was not picking up one of my fingers properly, and Brittani had so much patience and was so kind to me. It took longer than I expected but because of Brittani’s kindness I did not mind at all. Thank you Brittani, you are simply amazing.

Monica and Brittani were fantastically helpful. They were extremely patient and answered all of my questions even though I had errors in my documents that prevented them from finishing what I needed.

I recently went here for service. I needed documents printed rush, I called in and was attended by Brittany, she asked me to email the docs and gave me a ready by time. When I went to pick them up, they were ready and inside an envelope. I want to give a shout out to Brittany for her outstanding service and making sure my documents were protected. I will recommend this location to everyone based on the service I received by Brittany!

I visited this store two days in a row. The people I worked with didn’t speak English well and made mistakes. Someone did help them correct them. It took quite a bit of time as there was much lost in translation. The second day I shipped out another package which hasn’t seemed to leave the store and never arrived. I am now out over $400. This store needs to be accessed/reveiwed. Store #4586
