Not only was bring in an accident hard enough but when I was finally able to get in touch with these people 36 days had already passed! I had called multiple times and also tried just showing up but after leaving 5 vm not once did I get a call back! The day I finally got ahold of owner/operator he was taking lunch and told me I'd have to wait 45 mins to an hour. Well he ended up being 2 hours as I waited next door at tire shop. Upon entering establishment He was rude and telling me that I owed him $1600 in storage fees and if I didn't pay he was putting in for my license and tag be suspended. I told him I didn't have that kind of money and asked for a payment plan or if I could surrender title. He said nope too late for that. I was in tears asking him why wouldn't he work with me. He then replied that my car was going for auction in 2days and if I didn't have the money my license was going to be suspended. I was visibly distraught and he offered me no assistance. I was able to retrieve what I could get to since my car was so tightly boxed in by other vehicles. I then asked for assistance in getting my tag off car and he told me not gonna happen that I wasn't going to take anything off my car that was bolted down. So now I have no tag to put on another vehicle and I've lost my only source of income. I have not proceeded to file a complaint against him and his establishment. He pretty much stole and sold my tag to an auction. Not only was the accident hard enough, now this man has made it impossible for me to move forward! Horrible customer service and impossible to deal with. I'm slowly losing everything. Does he not know how traumatic an accident can be and to top it off with this domino affect.

Called in to get fees for one of our dealership vehicles that was impounded. The man ( I missed his name) was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.
