I would give this place 5 stars if it were not for the rude, obnoxious and snooty attitude the young lady at the register gave me. I am a paying customer who used to frequent this spot. But after being treated with an attitude and blatant disrespect I will no longer be coming here. This is a perfect example of low level employees trying to gate-keep a business and run off good paying customer because of whatever issue they have. This girl had such an ATTITUDE. We would buy Kava, and allll kinds of other products from this place. And one day we walk in and just get treated out right poorly. Teach your employees to have manners… especially if it’s to paying customers who USED to frequent your spot.. we never did anything to your employee to deserve such an attitude and low treatment… and check this.. the owners are actually very cool and welcoming.. it was their employee! Giving us dirty looks, not even greeting us when we walk in, we had to ASK for service.. and omg this girl looked a treated us like we owed her money! She was so RUDE. Just straight ATTITUDE the entire time dealing with her.. being short with us, not being friendly, ATTITUDE the entire time.. at all just horrible energy.. I’m telling you this is how good business fail..oh and folks this is NOT A FIRST TIME thing.. I came back to edit this because I want to make it clear.. this was repeat offenses from this employee… EVERY time we went in and she’s working it’s plain ATTITUDE towards me and mine… unbelievable.. this is why.. this is why you don’t mix family and business.. owners got family working at the spot driving customers away that they just plain don’t like??? Who does that?? We never did anything to her to deserve such poor treatment.. yall think I have time to write all this if we didn’t have such a bad experience with this employee.. it was embarrassing.. We really liked this spot. But after the encounter with who I believe is their only female employee we WILL NOT be coming back here.. . We did some research and apparently that same girl with the ATTITUDE is related to the owners… NO WONDER. Family and business DO NOT MIX..Ugh, as if.Edit: it will not let me respond to the owner. But the last time I was there was a month ago.. and the RESEARCH we did is looking up your IG and seeing the employee we are talking about being referred to as, “Your daughter”… she needs an attitude check and basic training on providing exemplary customer service to your clients…

Went in a Got a quarter and a cart First the bud is over priced and doesn't even smoke Good And Cart I bought wasn't even a real THC cart and the man when I first purchased it told me it was "clean" just sold me a delta hemp cart. Never again going all sales final there too and I paid 135$

This place is wonderful. Best place in town, best kratom in the Bay Area. If you’re looking for a homey vibe and welcoming loving environment look no further. I love coming here! the owners are the best people in the world. They will do anything for the community and family is everything to them. The staff is outstanding, and the products are well priced as well! They also host different events. Saturday open mic night is a great night to see local talent and enjoy some fresh brewed Kratom.Highly recommend this place!!!!

I’ve never seen such an interesting story where a Dispensary has a Bible study speaking about Jesus and how empowered people empower people. The Bible study on Sunday at 7pm is the best way for me to get around like minded individuals.Very good hemp products aswell!They have a growing class on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The only cafe where you can touch the plants. There is a wonderful culture and diverse atmosphere. Great community!

The disregard the owner has for the homes behind this place is telling on what kind of establishment she runs. Playing concert level music all night in an open field directly across the canal from houses without considering anyone else has been an issue for a few years now.

Great smoke shop with so many choices at a very convenient location. Amazing customer service with a friendly atmosphere. The lady who was helping us was very knowledgeable, they grow their organic plants which is something you don’t see often. LOVE THE VIBES ? PS. They’ve also got a cute little kitty ?⬛
