Shady shop took watch and braclet to be sized thay stated job gave me a price and then changed it in the middle of the job and raise the price told me they couldn’t do the job in the middle of doing it so both pieces of jewelry came in intact both piece of jewelry left broken and had to have a fix somewhere else

Worst customer service. I've been in there several times over the years and not once have yall ever acknowledged me. Guess I won't be buying that norinco sks. Once I stood there for 5 min and had to say excuse me like 3 times before yall came over and the two dudes weren't busy. Trash pawn store

My husband went in to look at “guy stuff “ tools, etc. I was along for the ride. Found a beautiful ring I just had to have. They have a great selection of jewelry. Bet my husband won’t take me next time. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

Bought some vintage jewelry there when I was in florida. I usually check out pawn shops looking for deals. I found a few pieces of vintage diamond jewelry that were amazing quality and great prices. When I'm back in town Ill stop back.

The advertise 10% pawn on their sign but in actuality charge 20% per MONTH which is 240% not significantly less than other shops which charge a standard fair rate without the misleading advertising.Regret not going to pawnmax was tricked by their sign and regret the entire experience not enough money in the world to ever do business with these people.Everything about my experience was negative and have dealt with most pawn shops in the area reply confirmed my facts. The fact that I mentioned violation of FDCPA does note make me irate. 3 phone calls in one day starting before 9 am isn't courtesy when informed your employee that I was in the hospital.

I had a great experience here at Tampa Pawn getting rid of a couple handguns I wasn't using anymore. For reference I looked up fair market retail of them on Gun Broker and Arms List, then estimated a fair pawn value which we both agreed upon, and within 20 minutes I was on my way home with cash in my pocket. Great place, and not just firearms either. Lots of stuff in there worth checking out.
