I still don’t like the fact that I have to call in for an appointment. I’ve been going there for years and I was able to make my appointments online before the new owners came in. Horrible haircut. Stylists don't listen when told not to do something to my hair. I specifically requested Lydia not to touch the top or front. She cut it anyway. Then she proceeded to trim my beard (when I asked her not to) at uneven lengths. I am extremely upset at their failure to follow simple directions. Now I'm trying to salvage what's left of my beard and deal with a haircut I didn't request.

If I could give a negative rating I would! I go in with my natural hair ( butt length curly hair) I ask for an inch to be cut off and add in some long layers. Yall!! My hair was cut to above the middle of my back! Not only that! My layers are literally so chopped! It looks like someone just put a buzz cutter on my hair in random places! My shortest layer is where my crown is. It’s only 3 inches long! I can not wear my hair down or really even pin it back unless it’s half up and down because of the way it is cut! I have taken such good care of my hair and when I went to get a cut the first time, the service and cut was amazing. This time, I literally left in tears! The stylist literally said there’s nothing she can do about it and gave me what I wanted which is not true in anyway! My hair that I have spent YEARS!!!! growing is now RUINED!
