I can't say enough positive about Melton and his crew. Am refinancing my home and running out of time, but got held up by out of code burglar bars. I called several places, most flaked out on even responding, one promised to come out, but didn't, and then didn't even respond to my calls/texts. One was charging about $800 for a 3-5 day turn around. I called Reliable this morning, Melton came out, did the measurements, and by 7:00 tonight I had up to code burglar bars. Sleeping well tonight knowing that the last barrier to my refi is done, and I'm good to go. Thank you thank you thank you, Melton. Oh, and the price was well below the almost $800 of the 3-5 day turnaround folks. Highest of recommendations.

This company is a JOKE! We had them come out and bid a job. They personally looked at it and quoted us a price. We agreed to the price, then they wanted 50% cash deposit. We said we did not feel comfortable giving a 50% deposit so we gave them $200 cash. They were suppose to start work the next morning at 9:00am, they showed up at 10:30 (different guy from the same company) and said I would have to pay more then double we were quoted to do the job. When I said no they walked off and left us stranded. Keep in mind we had the quote in writing. Please do not waste your time with this company. If you don't believe me read the other google reviews.

Horrible customer service I was told they had what I needed I showed up and they did not have it they told me they were going to get it by a certain time I called back at that time he told me 30 minutes I showed up 45 minutes later with the item just then arriving still on the truck and needing to be cut an hour and a half later I got what I paid for earlier in the day without a thank you or any apology for wasting my time.

The owner is a horrible business man. We left a deposit to start a job. Asked if we can switch out railing from iron to aluminum. He wanted double the price. $6k for a job that costs $2500 else where. Never completed any of it. Went to back to see him and he wouldn't even hold a conversation with us. CROOK!
