Today I needed to leave work early due to nausea symptoms. Before I left I called the Pharmacy for my prescription. A couple minutes later I get a text it’s ready!☺️

Best store to shop. Always friendly. Clean too. The bakery seems to have fresh items & great variety of items. My personal favorites spot is deli they know customer service.

Pharmacist was very inconvenienced by my questions. I was asking questions about my meds that I got and she told me that it was written on the bag. Really?? Is it not the job of the pharmacist to talk to the customer about the meds that they are going to take? I will let everyone decide for themselves if this was appropriate behavior.

I must thank the staff and especially the manager, Nathan, for providing me a small gesture of kindness that truly made my heart burst with joy. I ordered cupcakes and sheet cake for my daughter birthday party that sadly we had to abruptly cancel due to her getting sick. Nonetheless we wanted to purchase the cake given the effort that went into it and we would still try celebrate at home just us. At checkout with the cake, I noticed it did not have a barcode to scan, and Nathan graciously offered it to me FREE of charge. Walking out to my car, tears rolled down my face reassured that there is still kindness in this world and even though a little girl won’t get to her party, she can still enjoy the birthday cake she picked out. Thank you Publix and the staff at the Twelve Oaks Plaza for a beautiful/delicious cake, your generosity, and for making this frazzled mama a little less sad for her sick birthday girl.

First let me thank the lady, another, customer who help me with reaching the pictured product. It was on a shelve where one was at the front, but a needed second one was pushed to the back. Apparently this is a popular item because as you can see from my picture it was restocked 2 days later my previous visit to store. So a suggestion, either place items like this on a lower shelf, having grabber or some type of reaching device, or a slanted shelf where these items side down. This will help when stock personnel is not available or even away to alert staff for help from shopping section a customer is in.

I ordered 4 loafs of la Segunda cuban bread. it was a pickup ordered for 24th today. I picked it up this a morning, when I finally looked at it you all hadn't given me the correct bread. I did recieve your email that you had substituted for me. I would have really appreciated notification when I ordered. I would have canceled. Therefore I'm not satisfied and will not be shopping there again. Thank you, Kathleen Roche

Do not go to the twelve oak store on waters , I ordered subs online email said they would be ready at 7:20 , went there and waited until 7:50 before they started making them , talked to a manager and the manager Mallory exact words to where to bad we are busy there nothing I can do. Needless to say this is the only PUBLIXS I ever have any problems with. I really think they need to retrain Mallory if she's even a manager because she came out from behind the bakery.

I had the worst experience at this local Publix Super Market. My cashier was very rude and very unprofessional. She was very lazy at doing her job, she sounded as if she wanted to go home. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked to have my receipt. My receipt was almost ripped due to the harsh way she grabbed it and handed it to me. I remember her name tag said "Jackie" and I will be talking to the manager about this experience next time I go there. It is very sad to say this was not the only time she has done this. My co-worker had the same experience with Ms. Jackie . My friend told me she gave her very much bad attitude when she only asked about the coupons. Publix you need to check your worker's because this is unacceptable. I really wish something could be done for me and for no one else will have to experience this while grocery shopping. I love Publix and they are my preferred grocer. I've visited this location a few times given that it's convenient to where I work. This is not my preferred store as it does not appear to be as clean as other stores around. I've also had their deli for lunch before and the food is not as good as other Publix locations, so not sure if it's because the food sat for a long time and wasn't as fresh or what but I ended up throwing the mac and cheese away due to no flavor and was just bland.

2 days in a row I ordered ribs for lunch, first day they weren't ready. today, I ordered at 10am, came in to get my order at 11:15 and the order was not ready have to wait another 20min. I dont know what's going on but this isn't the service I expect.

They don't wipe the credit card machine down after usage. Pharmacy staff doesn't have great customer service skills.

Pharmacy doesn’t have their act together again! New pharmacy manager. Was told medication would be ready today at 5. Arrived and the pharmacist said she didn’t show a prescription for me to be ready today. I explain that I had called at 2:30 and was told it’d be ready at five. I was not happy with the new pharmacist apparently is not familiar with Publix policies!
