I came to this place asking for a cabin air filter for my 2022 RAM 1500 and they sold me the wrong air filter, which is why I burned the air conditioning of my car. They should be more careful when ordering an item from this center

Just yesterday I witnessed the MISTREATMENT OF THE STAFF TOWARDS A COSTUMER, by one of the employees, it seemed to me to be in very bad TASTE AND A LACK OF RESPECT, how rude the employee was, at least I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS AGAIN PLACE… it was very UNPLEASANT AND PAINFUL!!!!

On 4 May I came to the shop to buy some parts for my car and I was really surprised when the guy Reagon not only provided me with the perfect consultation regarding the best choice but also checked my car and gave such a valuable advices regarding it's care and support. After 2 years living in America that's the first time someone did something above and beyond in desire to help. Good job and my respect to such workers!!!

Just save yourself and go somewhere else not worth the headache. Not only was the staff rude. I had to return something and they did not do it correctly, so they just got to pocket my money.. So not only am I out of an expensive socket, but also the money it cost to buy it.

I came in to buy some car parts and a young gentleman , Ian , approached me and asked me if I needed anything , he then helped me by looking up the car part I needed , what I didn’t appreciate was him being the only one at the store doing everything . Where is other staff ? Besides that thank you to the only gentleman being useful ! Coming back for sure
