Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area! The pharmacist Mary is amazing and they always have our medication ready on time with quick and friendly checkout. Extremely welcoming staff and SO much better than waiting in line at walgreens for an hour !!

I am not one to leave reviews but this is a great pharmacy. I always go to pick up my grandpa's medication and they help me every time, also welcome me by my name! Recommend coming here.

Gail (the sorry excuse for an "office manager") is THE rudest person I have ever come across. Not to mention that I worked here and they are violating you HIPPA privacy. Patient info including names, social security numbers, and perscription lists are PRINTED and laying around where the sub contracted NON HIPPA TRAINED drivers have access to it. They run NO BACKGROUND check for employees or subcontracted drivers which means your information is accessible by non trained employees and potentially employees with criminal backgrounds. Please watch yourself, your unsecured social, dob and name are an identity theifs dream.

I visited Memorial Family Pharmacy for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. I called them yesterday, in search of a rare cream that was recommended to me by a physician. Lo and behold, no pharmacies seem to keep it in stock, but the kind staff member at Memorial Family Pharmacy immediately ordered it for me and said that it would be ready for purchase and pick-up anytime after 10 a.m. the next morning. I arrived shortly after 10 a.m. today and paid a very cheap price of $7.99 for a large tube of the highly coveted cream (trust me when I say that specialty creams do NOT generally run this cheap). While paying for my purchase, the female staff member helping me was a great listener (I am not afraid to share my health story because you never know who you might meet. One positive interaction could change your life forever). She was very patient and seemed genuinely concerned about my health condition. Not only did she take the time to listen to my symptoms, she even recommended a prescription strength cream that could help provide even more relief! This pharmacy is not located in an area that I tend to cruise around often, but this visit was 100% worth the trip. The staff here was incredibly kind and helpful, and if they do not carry something in-house, it was evident to me that they will go above and beyond to obtain the product/medication that you are in need of! I recommend this pharmacy 100%! If you visit, be sure to look out for the wacky, wavy, inflatable, arm-flailing tube-man out front...there's no way you can miss this location with that mascot!

This is a wonderful pharmacy. I always leave with a smile on my face. Mary is very helpful and makes the experience a great one. I pick up my medications and the ones for my mother. The medications are always there on time and at a low cost using my insurance. I highly recommend this Pharmacy to anyone who needs a place that will get you the best deal and treat you like one of their own.
