This specific Lowe’s always has the worst customer service. Where other Lowe’s locations work with the customer to have a positive buying experience this Lowe’s is 100% the total opposite. If you can drive a short distance to any other Lowe’s I would recommend that!
The customer service guarantee if you bring in a picture or ad of the exact same product they will price match guaranteed. However that is an absolute lie as they won’t price match anything.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Lowe's Tampa Palms store. When problems arose with my order, I encountered appalling treatment from Lynn, the Operations Manager. Her rude and unprofessional behavior left me feeling deeply disillusioned with Lowe's as a company. Despite raising valid concerns, I received no satisfactory resolution. As a loyal customer, this experience has shattered my trust in Lowe's. I strongly urge others to think twice before shopping there and to explore alternative options.

whatever you do dont use their installation services. Bought a dishwasher and paid for install. Cmae out and said it needs a drain pipe, refused to let me run and get it. Rescheulded, came out second time and claimed stop value nt working, they told me on the first trip it was fine. So now need to get another plumber to fix the stop valve and then scheudle them again and its already 2 + weeks.
Save yourself the grief and get a plumber that will do the job first time.

Apparently this Lowe's is totally ok selling products covered in bird feces, and debris and mold. I understand it's in a partially outside area but some things shouldnt be stored outside. I asked for a discount since they were so nasty and they refused saying there's nothing wrong with the product. I'm giving 3 stars because a manger helped and found some clean packages that must've been stored inside. But the fact they were happy to sell that nasty stuff is just not ok.

We went into Lowe’s in Tampa Palms this morning and met the nicest employee. We are in the Flooring department and ask someone to get someone to help us with a minute or two at the most . Branden Came over and asked how he could possibly help us. We’re looking at flooring he explained the different types and asked which we may be interested in. He took us directly to that section I saw. I asked if he could help us schedule someone to come out to measure. He had set that up for us for someone to come out tomorrow. I was able to take a couple selections a samples Of the flooring so I can make sure the color is fine with the lighting in that room. We asked for an estimate to give us an idea what it might cost for installation which we know it’s just an estimate until they come. He did that as well for us to give us an idea and then because we had basic sizes of the room, he took the time to give us estimates based on our measurements For the cost of As well as the laborer. He was extremely helpful and nice didn’t seem rushed. He did say, let me know if there’s anything else he could help me with ? Lo and behold I was looking at some rugs and I had another question. I went around the corner. I saw Branden. Answer one more question very politely, he said. Measure some rugs out for me and help me load it up in the basket off. I went with a new

But I just wanted to recognize this young man not enough people take time to acknowledge the employees that are perhaps just doing their job Nice And patient with me. Lowes has a real asset with Branden working for them. No im not related to him. Nor know his family. But his parents did a great job raising him! BRADEN in flooring!

Dang I wish I remembered the gentleman name, he was awesome got us taken care of quickly. He provided us options but wasn't pushy! We came an hour before closing since we knew what we wanted but I loved that the gentleman didn't seem frustrated that it was close to closing and we were there to buy a dryer.
