I've never gone inside the counter actually but the window pick up is a pretty quick, painless process to get my meds and I like that.

Not only are they extremely slow. When I finally got to the window 30 minutes later the person at the window wasn't even--‐--- she was taking her time. When she apparently couldn't find my prescription I offered to come into the lobby to help things move along. She gave me such a look and said the lobby was closed. What, it was only 4:30 and the window said the lobby closes at 6 I mentioned that and she said it's wrong. She turned and walked away.I have been feeling great about how I have been treated since I've been using the VA. Even the pharmacist on the phone. No problems! At that drive through 360° turn around.

Awful wait time then she pushed the meds out of the window they landed under the car and we waited another 45 minutes for the medicine, and they put a rolling item to roll out of drawer again instead of diagonal so if it rolls it doesn't fall out They need to fix this mess

Long overdo thank you to the A Pharmacists and staff. Meds arrive without a prompt or a phone call. The drive thru service is fast and the order is always 100% correct. Thanks!
