My first experience with the new Trax. Brian was my service associate on the 2015 Spark. Larry was my service advisor for the Trax and he did a great job. Less than an hour to service my car and correct the front issue with the black bowtie. All of my fluids were topped off and my tires were rotated and serviced. Can't ask for better service than that! Thank you!

Suzie was absolutely delightful to work with and so was the manager, who looked into a promotion that we felt we qualified. The entire process was very simple and straightforward. They were respectful of our time constraints for that evening, allowing us to move forward the next afternoon.

Best experience I've ever had with any dealership. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I was greeted before I even stepped foot inside. Armando had all of my paper work ready for me upon arrival. He answered and took care of any questions I had. He guided me through the entire process and kept me informed of the next steps to completion. He gave me a tour of the facility on where I would go depending on what services I needed like the service department. The GM Keith Miller came out and introduced himself and to see if I had any questions. The last gentleman that helped me Ernest Knagg thoroughly went over final paper work. He thoroughly explain each coverage add ons and what would be best for me based on how often i drive. And I was unsure we got a second opinion from another employee Julio Ayala who also helped me with this process. Exceptional Service. You are not just a customer they make you feel like family.

So I purchased a problematic car a few years ago from a different dealer. Needless to say I’m always stressed out ? James is always professional and goes out of his way for me. When I call I don’t want to speak to anybody but him…. At this point he’s family to me… ask for James he’s amazing!!!!!!❤️

Review Update 08/08/24: I like Ferman, however; I had an appointment to drop off my vehicle on 07/27 for just an update to my software. John was my service advisor, he was initially a bit off-putting, and got a little rude at first and I had to give him attitude back to back him off, then he was fine. He told me likely it wouldn't be done until Monday, 07/29, which was fine. No shuttle or rental car or loaner was offered. I did not hear anything from John, at all, the entire week of 07/29. Not one call, email, text, nothing. I know I could've called in but common courtesy for a service advisor is to at least call you with an update and estimated completion date, and an apology for not getting my car done as promised. I eventually called in on Friday 08/02 to see where my car was and what is going on as it has been 6 days and no contact. John was off Friday, and I got transferred to another service advisor, forget his name, but he was much nicer, more helpful and told me he was sorry about what happened, and he would make sure it was corrected. He got my car done that day, cleaned it, and charged the battery up. He is the reason I did not give a 1 star, but come on, communication is key, and I did not receive that. The buying experience was far superior than the service experience.
Great experience at Ferman, couldn't have asked for a better sales person (Megan Dowd) and manager (Matt). Glad I can consider them my go-to from now on.

The service department at Ferman Chevrolet On North Dale Mabry is my new home for service. They were fast, friendly, and the communication was great! I will never go to another dealership for service. Thank you Ferman, you guys were great!
