Gold Seal Roofing, LLC recently installed their second roof for us on different houses. One was a metal roof on a two story house in the historic district of Old Seminole Heights (Tampa) and the other was a standard, shingle roof on a one story house in north Tampa. Both times the work was done professionally and timely with good communication throughout by Richard Chad and his team. They were available to answer questions at all times and the project Manager was on site the entire time for the house in north Tampa. Based on our experience we would highly recommend them to others and will use them again should we have a future need.Service: Roof installation

I hate reminding someone to do their job over and over. Roof was installed late because material apparently never showed and I was fine. Said no problem. But a month later and my soffit isn’t fixed. I called Brad once and I’m not calling again.Service: Roof installation

PERFECT! A big shout out to Uzi and Maynor and their amazing team! Also Brad and Mark.Gold Seal replaced a metal roof that had been installed about 4 years ago by Roofing by Homeplus in part because the wrong underlayment was used, in addition to shoddy workmanship.My new metal roof has the correct underlayment and the guys went over and beyond to install it it professionally. They also cleaned up and scanned my entire lawn for nails etc. Way to go Gold Seal!!!!Service: Roof installation

I highly recommend Gold Seal Roofing. Nobody likes to have their roof replaced but Gold Seal made it as painless as possible. They worked with me after I learned that my insurance company had dissolved and in order to get a new insurance policy at a reasonable rate, I would need to replace a 19-year-old roof.I had a project manager who kept me apprised of every phase of work. The crew was courteous and diligent. Richard Chad is a top-notch owner who prides himself in the work he does and company he owns. My mother needed a new roof and we went to BBB for reviews. A+ is excellent so we called. Richard came out as scheduled and gave her a reasonable quote to remove the old roof and replace with a new roof that included repairing the wood, if needed.Richard was easy to communicate with and coordinated everything on our end.We were shocked at how quickly they removed the old roof and I believe it was one more day to finish.I would highly recommend this company.
