Waited in the front for 20 minutes to put in an order for tile. The cashier working at the register called for help 3 times but nobody could be bothered. Will take my business elsewhere.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE KEVEN, ALEXIS, and EDUAR.
Just had our office flooded due to hurricane Milton, a nonprofit that provides free high-end medical care to our beloved veterans. As many of you know, situations like this can be extremely stressful. However, Keven, Alexis, and Eduar removed much of the burden with their exceptional help they were an amazing team and walked me through the full process of finding and replacing the flooring. Personally, I could not ask for a better crew to assist during this time.

Parked my car in there parking lot and got my car towed, worst experience of my life. Talking with other people and decided I would write a negative review as well because it was in there parking lot and I hope they see this and know what happens on your property. They drive your car recklessly to make money and cause damage to your vehicles.
(We heard multiple stories from people saying that they had weapons pointed at them to them hitting curbs and someone’s gas line was broken)
You guys should do better and call a different towing company..

Don’t go to this Dale Maybry location. They are the worst. I spent over $10k and they wouldn’t take back some tile. I tried to get samples and they wouldn’t give them to me for free like the other stores do. Some of the staff has bad attitudes and are argumentative. Never seen anything like it at any big box store. It’s shocking. Just make the drive to a different location . They are better at the other locations.

It’s exactly what you think it is. A ton of flooring to look at. Don’t expect to get someone’s attention quickly, they have been tied up most of the times I’ve been there.
