I was able to track my package and get an accurate delivery date when the website I ordered from did not provide that. Very nice and helpful employees especially Jessica S!!! She is super knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service!!

Horrible service and company-wide system for information / service is horrible as well. Tracking will tell you "out for delivery" and give you a time estimate, the automated messaging will tell you out for delivery for today and the package will never show up. You can't get any contact information for the dispatcher and they then told me they had no drivers to deliver my package? How does a company with a yearly revenue close to 100 billion dollars not have a driver available to deliver a package, and then lie in multiple information channels about the delivery time / date of a package knowing well that the package was never going to be delivered in the given time and date in the first place. It's extremely frustrating and a waste of time when organizing a schedule around being home to take possession of expensive or important deliveries. If you value your time, not being lied to, or generally getting decent service, look absolutely anywhere but here.

come a get your package ( from the office that is open for 3 hours a day and not even close to your address) that was not delivered to your door because I (the driver) never came to the house or left a note on the door.

I received a notice, in my mailbox - sent through USPS, from this FedEx location, that they had attempted to deliver my package to me 3 times, and since I wasn’t home to sign, they were returning to sender. I haven’t left my house for a week, so there is absolutely no way I missed even one delivery attempt. If they had attempted to deliver, why wasn’t a notice left at my residence??!!!! Why did I get a notice through the usps mail???!! I’ve called this location numerous times, nobody answers, nobody returns my voicemail. They just lie, period. So disappointing.

I have gotten 4 different reasons why my package is delayed. No one will transfer to supervisor I’m told they don’t have one on duty. This package is a part for my car so I could take my Christmas road trip. Now that is canceled because FeeEx can’t get their heads out of their a$$es. Totally unacceptable that no supervisor is on duty over the weekend and I can’t get a phone call.

Extremly Poor ServiceA driver attempted to deliver a package to someone in my community. Instead of going to the call box and calling the person, the driver tried to get in via a locked pedestrian gate. Upon discovering the gate was locked, the driver threw the package onto my front porch.When I attempted to contact FedEx via chat, all I got was a chatbot which is useless.Lucky for FedEx that I am willing to deliver the package to a neighbor.

They claim they made three attempts to deliver my package and no one was home when someone was home the drivers are lazy and get paid a decent amount of money to do their jobs last time in the past a pair of $275 shoes were stolen the driver claim he delivered them to the wrong address I I wouldn't advise no one to use FedEx that business is sorry and I will not be using them again

I work in this place personally I think it's very irresponsable with the employees they offer you a part time without breaks by law but then they make you work 7 to 8 hours without break or lunch break they are really abusive with employees also they offer water to the employees and they never wash the coolers and keep throwing bottles inside those coolers without clean or sanitize them and this can cause a Corona virus or Omicron spread instantly. But I need the job don't have other. ?
