WORST FEDEX IN THE WORLD!!! Honestly never had a good experience here there is always a huge line and the staff is horrible, unfriendly, and clueless.

Slow as molasses. Awful. The two women working should not be in customer service. Obtuse. Clueless. Hello? There 's a line of people waiting, pick up the pace. FedEx needs to get better management into this store.

The only reason they received a star at all is because I did not have the option to leave it blank. This particular FedEx likes to play with peoples packages. I've had them rerouted multiple times to some city halfway across the state and then back. The worst is they allow as a company to let somebody else go in and change your delivery instructions, which means someone can intercede any package that I have coming through FedEx. This is the worst company with the worst employees I've ever seen and I worked in customer service for 30 years. When I contacted FedEx to let them know somebody keeps going into my account and changing my information and their response was like I was overreacting and it's OK for people to log into other peoples accounts and change their information. I also have on video my FedEx guy stealing a package from me so I would not deal with that that particular store if it was the last place I could ship from.

Great for all your shipping, copying and photo needs. We came here to get a passport picture for my daughter. The employee taking her picture was very patient with her and took many takes to make sure we got the best picture that would be approved by TSA/passport agency, etc. I really appreciated the dedication with a toddler. I've also used this location to print an image on on poster board and it was done quickly via online. All I had to do was pick up which is very convenient when you are trying to social distance. Overall great service! I highly recommend this location.
