They asked for an I.D to buy mucus relief witch my daughter and I have bought every where including there without being I.D it's not a drug that can be used to get high at all it's not even in a list anywhere as a medication requiring this. I have a head full of white hair I'm obviously over 18. A woman who was clearly 70 in front of my daughter was I.D as well and then she refused to sell her the medicine she is buying. It's one bottle of medicine not a cabinet. Your employees an idiot. I won't be back sense we can't buy anything in the store anyway without passing an age test that i obviously visually pass. The woman who was so old she couldn't walk was obviously of age the employee Gladias there today 6/18/2024 at 9:52 won't allow it. This isn't the first time I've had one of this stores employees refuse to let us buy what we need. Even though it's a store where you buy things. Again nine different states I have never been id for this product.

Just wanna say I love this store and also the cashier there by the name Carly is very friendly and professional..every time I visit the store she is excellently helpful.and very cheerfull And also makes my day brighter because of her cheerfulness and kindness.... This girl needs to be given a raise for all her hardwork and professionality,and another good thing about her is no matter how long of line she has she keeps it moving most of the other cashiers talk to much but her shes a hard worker and quickly checks out the customers quick like it shoud be done... good job ... Keep up the awesome work mrs Carly . And God bless her .. amen..

The cashier was absolutely disrespectful. I asked her a question about a deal and rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to say “oh my god” in a rude tone. Didn’t want to sell me the product saying “it wasn’t the one in the deal” even though it was the one being displayed.

Family Dollar charges way more than a dollar! This store does not update their prices, they're charging the same as Target and Walmart, but claim to be a dollar store. It's false advertising, moreover Family Dollar has poor customer service. You all need to leave the United States and sell somewhere else, you make America look bad. Do is a favor and leave this country, go somewhere else!

This store is bone dry there has not been any deodorant for months now there’s also the very bare minimum of hair products cleaning products you might get lucky if you find some paper towel this store is always a mess and very unorganized I’m not really sure how they’re still open if they have hardly any products to sell. Not to mention the associates are not friendly at all or helpful and actually kind of rude.

The elderly Spanish woman that works there I'm not sure if she's the manager or just a cashier but she is extremely rough with a customers.I filed a complaint with the corporation hoping g they will talk to her and insist she is loosing business for the store...

Mrs. Gladys the store manager was very rude not happy in making the transaction for us at the check out service. She was snappy attitude when answering our question pertaining to the price check on our receipt. She was upset when we wanted to take out some of the items of the receipt before we can finally pay. She was in a bad mude needs training on customer service curtious too. I wood give her a zero star.
