The worst place for youI went in for an oil change and tire rotation on March 27, 2023 and left my car at the hands of a man named Brandon since my car had a recall for the seatbelts and I was having issues with my windows. Well as I'm going into work, I see the most horrifying scratches on the inside of the drivers seat of the car, in shock I begin to inspect the rest of my car and see a dent on the inside of the passengers side. Obviously the first thing I did was take my car back to the dealer to let Brandon know what they had done to my car. I insisted that he checked the cameras but instead he told me to just come back on that following Monday. Well I come by on that Monday and needed to speak with a manger due to the severity of this accident and was told that "they were at a meeting". Brandon did take an endless amount pictures and even gave me his personal cellphone number and promised to call me back. Well not only did he NEVER call me back but he also FAILED to file a report for this incident since I had to take matters into my own hands and contacted the service manger named David. David was complete oblivious to what accident I was even talking about and I again insisted for him to check the cameras since cameras DO NOT LIE but he again he just promised to call me back. Well it's about to be 2 weeks since the damage done to my car and I have left endless voicemails, calls and have yet to even receive a text back. PLEASE I AM WARNING YOU THINK 30 TIMES BEFORE COMING TO THIS DEALER. I AM NOT ONLY UPSET AT THE DISRESPECT of not even having the decency to return a call but of also taking responsibility for your actions. BE AWARE AVOID THE NIGHTMARE I AM STILL LIVING and find another dealership for the service for your car.

Horrible service waited 4 hours for them to do a tire rotation And to order parts that they should of had! Now I have to come back for the original work order! ofcourse they tried to replace tons of things I didn't request! One being a tire rotation! Not the first time ! Last time I waited a month for parts they didn't order until I called and complained!

I bought a 2020 mirage from here back in May. The salesman Kevin was awesome to deal with. Never felt pressured. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They also delivered the car to my home and I was able to sign all the paper work in my living room. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Kevin.

My daughter's Mitsubishi broke down on her way to college passing through Tampa. Shelley and the service staff got her in immediately and fixed her car quickly. This was by far the best car service experience we've ever had. I drove up from Bradenton to meet her there and had a chance to interact to the service staff as well as the sales staff. They were all very kind and extremely helpful. Thank you, Shelley, for stepping into the mama role until I got there!! You're the best!
