Staff is great, I live a block a way so I’m here all the time. Which is how I know the AC at this store has been broken for months even though we’re in the middle of a heat advisory. Clearly Dollar General doesn’t care about their employees health and safety, but maybe the higher up who reads this will care that their candy display is full of melted candy bars because it’s so hot in this store, because I’m sure they care about products more than their employees.

At 8:35pm I went to buy some Gatorade and soup because I have food poisoning. They were locking the door. I asked could I buy coconut water and the young girl said no because she wanna go home although the store closes at 9pm. I’ve spent money here 3 times a week for 2 years straight. The young man just smirked and they were completely heartless. As a manager, I am disappointed with this rude and unprofessional action.

They close at 8.15pm time online is 9.00pm don't waste your time going there after 8.00pm

This store first of all closes an hour earlier than any other dollar general. But have the time you go there they close before 9 pm which is ridiculous. If your only open till 9 pm make sure you stay open till 9 pm.

Store is always randomly closed during the day. Like multiple times a week. Pay your staff a living wage so you can keep a staff. None of this on them, it’s all on the owners.

They close the store at 8:50 instead of 9. Customers were outside, a member walked by and didn’t even open the door. That’s ridiculous

Terrible. For some reason, it’s always closed even though it’s been AN HOUR OR MORE AFTER OPENING HOURS! Also, not to mention, they don’t even put a sign up to say busy or closed. So you don’t know at all until you’re sitting there for 10 minutes waiting. Terrible place. Don’t recommend at all

Poor customer service it’s 5pm on a Friday the two young women working the store have locked the door so they can stock the shelves and are refusing to let customers in to shop. There is a line of customers outside and they continued to look at us and ignore us. Taking my money elsewhere.

Debit or credit card machine always down store is a mess taking my business back to the one on 56th by bowling alley so much cleaner and nicer staff.

all good, until today I put this post because I do not want another person to have the same problem as mine, apparently this store has another owner I say this because 11 years ago I bought in this store but these new owners do not return electronic devices and they do not have no notice neither in the store nor in the receipt. Honestly, I see it as a robbery because imagine that you buy an expensive electronic device and then it doesn't work and you can't return it. sincerely with all my heart here I leave this.
