Claimed they tried to deliver my package and I wasn’t home. I was in my kitchen with the door open with security cameras and no one ever came. I have literal proof and now they’re delaying my package.

DHL is horrible. I don’t recommend using it at all. My package was late and they didn’t even update me about it. Horrible service and a waste of money. useless

attempted delivery when I was all day at home !!!! the driver is not honest, this is a lie. I am waiting asap my package now it is planed another day. Horrible experience !!
