Be very careful not to work with Dean. After accepting full payment to finish a deck/front porch for our house, he went unresponsive before the job was finished. He still has materials that I already paid for and has been missing for several months. Dean is unreliable, shows up to projects under the influence and is far from the craftsman he markets himself as.

Doesn't respond timely, doesn't show up when he says he will, didn't apply common design sense to paver installation (when he finally showed up), wanted to hike up the price 3% more so he could retrieve payment through Venmo sooner and never picked up the massive piles of dirt. Good luck!

This guy was a nightmare! After telling me it would take 4-5 weeks to complete the remodel of my master bedroom and bathroom, three months later he just stopped coming. Thankfully, I had only paid him for the work done so far. However, it turns out he had done so much wrong that I actually had to pay another worker to tear out work he did and redo it right. Some things, like the horrible tile work using the wrong color grout with big gaps where the tile should have met, the money I paid him was actually a total loss right out of my bank account and just as be all the time and effort moving out of my room into the spare room and the shopping/buying, planning for all the details of the project only to have to start all over. He was so disorganized that even left a lot of his equipment here, a tile saw, electric hammer, miter saw, nails, screws, etc, etc. I was able to give some away but that was another project I had to take on getting rid of his stuff cluttering my bedroom and yard. Never, never, never trust this guy.

Needed my house painted and my bathroom remodeled. Hired Dean for this project and boy was I impressed! He saw my vision clearly and it turned out just as I wanted! Will definitely hire again and recommend to all my friends! Thanks Dean!

Dean has done several houses for me! Paint and fence and a few old jobs. He always been professional and On time. No BS excuses like other in the past !!! If your looking for a great company with integrity and drive!! His team will do wonders !! Like he did for me !!
