I recently had the pleasure of visiting Veronica's Pharmacy, and I must say, it was an experience worth celebrating. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease.Veronica, the pharmacist, epitomizes what it means to provide exceptional care to her customers. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine concern for the well-being of her clients are truly remarkable. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. It was evident that she truly cares about each individual who walks through the door. Not being from Tampa or the states as a whole for that matter made me reluctant to trust just anyone wit my heart however tis establishment made me feel extremely comfortable and confident.

DISHONEST! OVERCHARGED! RUDE! TERRIBLE PHARMACY! CHARGED EXTRA $100 “consultation fee” WITHOUT TELLING ME UNTIL AFTER LOOKING AT MY RECEIPTFull story below:I am not someone who ever writes a review, but my experience at this pharmacy has been so awful, I had to share my experience to prevent anyone else from falling in the same trap.I went in for a vaccination for an upcoming trip overseas and was charged $193 dollars WITH insurance. With insurance, the vaccination should be around $45. This pharmacy charged $93 and then overcharged me an extra $100 dollars after I received my shot. I was told before, I would be paying $93 and the extra $100 dollar fee was a "consultation fee" that this pharmacist calls her personal charge for sitting down with her...this was added to my bill AFTER sitting down unknowingly. All I needed was my vaccine, but needed to pay $100 just to chit chat with this woman. That is more than I would pay for a therapist! She did not give my anything of value that was worth $100 out of my pocket. What great advise or service did she give me that was worth $100? She has this printed package where she asked me irrelevant personal questions about my trip such as who I am going with, mode of transportation, and if I am going to have any sexual encounters!! How is any of this related to receiving a yellow fever vaccine? The purpose was so she could charge me $100 dollars that is coincidentally not covered by insurance.I requested that this $100 charge be run with my insurance as they would cover it, but the pharmacist refused and said this charge will not be sent to insurance. Beware that this pharmacist charges you $100 just to sit down with her and smile. I sat in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes while the guy in the front desk kept forgetting what forms were given to me and proceeded to try and give me the same form twice that I had filled out online. He was rude and of no help. I find it laughable that I paid $100 dollars for five minutes with the pharmacist for "her time" but I waited over 30 minutes and lost money and time. Where's the money for my time?This place is run down and they are scammers that will take advantage of you. All of these five star reviews are family and friends and a false reflection of this pharmacy. They had the nerve to ask me for a five star review after this horrible experience.

I don't usually right reviews for real, but I just have to share the really nice experience I had at this pharmacy. The pharmacist Veronica was very welcoming and greeted me with biggest and most genuine smile. I felt right at home. The variety of medicine and supplements here is great and with Very reasonable prices, unlike CVS or Walgreens. I was able to get what I needed and was able to get out as soon as possible with no issues. Definitely recommend if you need a Pharmacy in Tampa to go to.

This Pharmacy has everything you need plus more! I like the fact that it has things that you can’t normally get from a simple CVS or any other pharmacy. A wide and vast variety of different supplements and other health products. For sure a place to come to get all that you need! 10 out of 10 recommend!

As a south Florida native moving from Miami to Tampa, I save so much more shopping local from Veronica’s pharmacy. I’ll be back soon!Not only is Veronica incredibly knowledgeable about medications and healthcare, but she also goes above and beyond to ensure that her customers feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. She took the time to explain my medication regimen thoroughly, addressing any potential side effects and offering valuable advice on how to manage them.
