The relationship they have built with me is so rare these days. The jewelry is beautiful, you can have pieces modified or designed custom. If you are looking for loose stones or have loose stones to make a unique piece, they will take good care of you. I bought 2 engagement rings through Charles Jewelers. When it comes to trust, they are the best in town. Having trust in your jeweler is imperative, that’s why I am a repeat customer and always refer friends to Charles Jewelers. Once you go there, you will understand why I am loyal to Jennifer & Jackie.

Family owned and operated. The owner is a sweetheart, as well as her sister and daughter that worked there as well. There is not many businesses that are truly family owned and operated and care about customer service the way these guys do. The pricing was great, and the selection is awesome!
