Omg! I do not even know where to begin…RUN FROM THIS PHARMACY!! Twice I received my prescriptions put in bottles with incorrect labels!! Then last month (not even a customer of theirs any longer) they billed my insurance $8K!! Yes $8K!!! Lastly, I got a phone call from the house I previously resided in and was informed there was a large bag of medications on the door step!!! Crazy!!!

They only speak Spanish here and the girls are rude. They can’t speak English at all! I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here that doesn’t speak Spanish and they pretend they don’t take insurance so they only have customers paying cash for narcotics !!! Won’t even let you pay for medication with insurance if you have it . Scam pharmacy for lower class people with narcotic prescriptions only !

This pharmacy’s business practices and customer service are absolutely pathetic. They told me my prescription was ready and when prompted to give them my insurance info they told me just to come in. So I did only to find they’re not accepting insurance for this medication and they’re price gauging because the prescription is on back order. I got frustrated because of this and had to debate whether or not to come out of pocket for it. I did and I gave her my card and bc apparently I was the rude one she gave me back my card and told me to go fill it somewhere else knowing that practically no other pharmacy has this medication. I then left and came back trying to start over and come to an agreement about the transaction. She told me to leave without even letting me try to talk to her and that the owner already told her not to fill it. If I could give zero stars I would

Do not return calls in a timely manner if at all. Some Rx's are handled well others are not. Holding off new scripts for now.

Gotta be the worst most userous pharmacy in Tampa! Even though they state they take certain insurances they don't take them or they state they lost the ability to use them, and they state they contracted RXSPARK card or GoodRX card they don't accept and lost contracts! That should tell you a lot! I was held hostage due to natural shortage on my medication and had to use them, they also don't let you pay with Credit card It's ATM and they charge you $5 I'd say last time I'm using them! I think it's best to stick with the big box folks. I will say the staff is friendly. But I wonder with this private pharmacies if it's not all about money! What time was 35 min!

Their service is awesome and very prompt. They are all nice pharmacist to work with. They always wear a smile and greeted everyone politely. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for being so warm with your customers.

They deserve less than 1 star. I am in a wheelchair and on Medicare. I was told I had to pay $200.00 in cash, plus they would bill my Medicare and charge me my copay. I will be reporting this to the authorities.
