I had bought a pack of chicken thighs and when I got home the chicken smelled like rotten eggs I didn’t trust it and brought it back, I waited at customer service for about 10 mins until I was helped when I let them know what the issue was.. first of all she was mad my Spanish wasn’t great and she acted like she didn’t want to give me a refund the money doesn’t come out your pockets.. I ended up leaving without a refund and went elsewhere.

There are different degrees of Bravo stores. For example, the Bravo on Armenia Avenue and Sligh Ave. is one of the best. Organized, plenty of room between the aisles, no strange aromas in the store. Unfortunately the same can't be said about the one on Hillsborough Avenue and Town N Country. The place has a strange aroma, not enough room between aisles, poorly organized in terms of the produce section of the store. I would rather drive to Armenia Ave. than Hillsborough Ave.

Here I go to do my market shopping since there is a good variety of Latin food, both cooked and to buy and make at home. It is a pleasant atmosphere and you feel pure joy in this market.

This store use to be good but now you can't get nothing if your not a lady with tight clothes produce guy I ask him for more platanos he said no more a lady asked he went to the back and gave her nice platanos

The products are a little expensive and not so fresh.
The brewed espresso coffee does not have a good flavor, perhaps they do not use brands like Bustelo or La Llave, because Pilón and others do not come out strong or with aroma.
