They even gave me a delicious coffee! On top of all this Yudenia did an excellent job with the retouching of my Blonde and I have dark hair, being her first time she left my hair exactly as I asked her! If I could give this no stars I would , my first visit was perfect & very reassuring . She made me feel welcomed as if she truly cared and knew what she was doing . However , second time around I came to fix my eyelashes due to a mistake on HER end & I was treated with disrespect and unprofessionalism . Long story short , this is the worst experience I've ever had & I DO NOT RECOMMEND .

I purchased a groupon to receive a facial. I called on a Monday and left a voice mail inquiring about making an appointment. I never heard back. Not a problem, as I understand people get busy. I called back on Friday and managed to schedule an appt for the following Tuesday, only 2 business days away. The owner asked that I text her my info so she could send me back a confirmation. I did, and she sent the confirmation. On Tuesday, I get ready for my appointment and head out. It was for 11:30am. I just happened to check my phone and saw that the owner had texted me at 10am. She texted me the confirmation of the appt time , then a separate text saying "I need confirmation". I replied and said that I'd just saw the text and was en route. She proceeds to say she needs to cancel, when I'm literally down the street and only 10 minutes out from my appt time. She said she was sick, but I'm inclined to believe that when she didn't hear back at 10 am when she initially texted me, she made other plans. Because if she was truly sick, she would have just said that when she initially texted me. I thought a confirmed appointment was a confirmed appointment. Especially when it is made only 2 business days out. How unprofessional to text me 1.5 hours beforehand. It's pretty reasonable to expect me not to respond...as I was busy getting ready for the appointment I thought was confirmed. She totally wasted my time, as I planned my day around the facial. I ended up traveling for the holidays without a facial and I really needed one. Not only did she cancel on me within an unacceptable time frame, she made no effort to get back with me to try to reschedule or make up for the inconvenience. Unprofessionalism and a lack of regard for customers at its finest!
