I was told my wings were fresh when I asked for fresh one the older man said he just made them. I went to my car and bight them and i though I accidentally bit a rock I asked for fresh wings or refund I was told he can’t do either and come back in the morning very distasteful. And he works extremely slow I asked his name but I doubt it was his real name I just know he was older with glasses

I virtually never go through car wash machines, but I was letting my wife take my car while hers was being repaired and I though it would be nice to give it to her clean. I went to 7-Eleven to go through the car wash. You get a code for the car wash machine when you buy gas. So, although my tank was almost full, I filled it up completely to get the code. When I drove into the car wash there was an orange cone blocking my path. I asked about it in the store and was told that the machine was under repair. I asked for my money ($14) back, but they refused to give it to me saying that I could use the code another time. I told them that the reason I wanted the car cleaned only applied to today and I would have no need later. They wouldn't give me my money back. Even in the 21st century, it must be illegal to take money for a service and not render the service. Maybe the code would still work in the future, but I won't need the service in the future. I wanted to clean the car before I lent it to my wife to drive for a few days. I expected the service at the time I paid. Drive another couple of hundred feet and go to another store/gas station.

Was charged twice for same purchase. Bank confirmed and Vinny manager refused to help.Had to cancel my card and go through that process. Lived in that area for many years with countless transactions at that store.No wonder they have a 2 star. Never again will I go.

Bought two slices of pizza and the screen asked if I wanted to use five points to pay for one of the $1 slices of pizza. I selected yes and paid. I had 2340 points when I started. Came in couple days later and bought two more slices of pizza. Noticed I only had 337 points left. Went online and was told they used 2000 points on my $1 slice of pizza. I NEVER would have yes to 2000 points for a $1 pizza. They stole my points. I am done with 7-11. I will never set foot in one again.

Been going to the store every day after work since it's been open about 6 months ago had some good employees but now it's just running into the ground quick fast and hurry no one cares and if there in the wrong they want to yell at their customers they spend more time smoking cigarettes on the parking lot then they do attending to their customers needs I am no longer coming to the store advise anyone to stop going as well too but that's not gonna happen good luck

We bought some nuts to snack on earlier today, they seemed off as we ate the first ones.We checked the package and its dated as best before Sep 10 2018.Over two years past their best before date.
