“I don't know why this says it's closed because it is not. Perhaps it was at the beginning of the pandemic but it is certainly open now. I just dropped off merchandise there. This is not a store. It is only a donation center. You bring the things you want to donate and drop them off. The staff will process them and send them to the appropriate stores. At least I guess that's how it works. I got there today with an armful of merchandise and when I walked inside, there wasn't anyone there. I could hear him talking in the back, but he never came out. I placed the stuff on the desk and left. If I had needed a receipt I would have yelled back for him, but I didn't so I accomplished everything I set out to do. But it is definitely open.”

“This place has some amazing finds. Great place to spend some time and find some great items.Recently stopped by the new location and it's fantastic. All the charm of the old location, but more room to walk around and great lighting to take it all in. I enjoyed my trip and the family who runs the place is always fantastic and accommodating. I found something my friend had been looking for for awhile. I can't wait to be back.”

“Family Thrift is a non profit that provides families in need in Broward, Miami, and Palm Beach with clothing and furniture. They will pick up your gently used clothing and furniture for their stores here in Margate and in Lauderhill. They also do buy outs so their stores are a mixture of new and used items. They have this store in Lauderhill and another one in Margate. I had fun sorting through the treasures. They had clothes, furniture, household goods, decorations, and collectibles. There was a lot of things to look at and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of inventory. Everything was neat, organized, and fairly priced. I saw several people who looked like resellers picking up items and checking prices on their phones before popping it into their carts. If you see something you like grab it. If you enjoy thrifting you will want to check this store out.”

“Where can you go and get clothes for a dollar with a good selection and sizes. They have clothes, jewelry, shoes, kitchenware, pictures, furniture, lots of books, records and cd's. Bedding. A great variety of things from a-z. Good prices, well organized. A Great organization that you are helping all at one place. Patrick the manager is very helpful and goes over beyond to help you out with what you might be looking for and prices. I was looking for wines openers, foil cutters and fondue sticks. He bundle it and gave me one flat price for everything. He even told the ladies at the cashier so I would have to explain myself. Love it. When you go to visit tell Patrick Felicia said hi. Oh! The music they play in there is great too. Singing and digging for treasures and finding some. Fun times.”

“This review is for the church thrift store open on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Saturday's from 10 AM until 1PM in a trailer on the back church property. Proceeds from the thrift store benefits the church mission programs like Hope Women's Center and Blessings in a Backpack which provides food insecure local elementary students with food every weekend. Thankfully the trailer was air conditioned. There are three rooms with men's, women's, and children's clothing, toys, household goods, and small appliances. There wasn't a huge amount of stuff but what they had was well organized and clearly marked. They even had some free bins as you walked in. Note that they are cash only. I ended up purchasing a decorative urn for only $5. I am going to try my hand at flower arranging with it. I would definitely stop in here again and there are a number of other thrift stores in the area as well.”

“We recently purchased a beautiful bed set from Snooty Fox and had a fantastic experience. Troy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making it our second purchase from this amazing store. It has definitely become one of my favorite places to shop for exclusive furniture. I will stop by today to get small table as well. I must also mention that the delivery guys were absolutely fantastic. They provided a stress-free experience and ensured that everything was handled with utmost care. As someone with an OCD personality, I have high standards, and they exceeded them in every way. Highly recommended!”

“The thrift store at St Ambrose Episcopal Church is amazing. Five rooms full of everything you need for yourself, kids, pets, and home. A lot of vintage finds are priced well below what I've seen at the Salvation Army or Goodwill. Open Saturdays from 9 to 12 pm only. A must!”

“The store is very clean, the cashier was wonderful. Just like I expected from reading the reviews, some things are very overpriced. I remember when goodwill used to be cheap. I can go to city trends down the street and get way more for less. I haven't been in a goodwill since 2018-19. I see a huge difference in prices in just a few years. Inflation shouldn't effect y'all so hard when you get all your items for free. That's nonsensical.... I was also surprised by them not bagging my stuff. Y'all are just stingy...”

“Found some really amazing stuff here, i highly recommend looking behind the counter. Its not dirt cheap for the real gems but still atleast 20% of what youd pay for through ebay for the same item. Inside is small but it has alot to explore.”

“They have some great pieces of furniture. I got a Gotham steel frying pan for $4! Some good finds. They also had a chemistry set and magic kit that looks fun. Cheap deals on George Forman grills. Large store with plenty of parking.”

“I rate this at five because this store makes me think of places in my house to put things when I find them but don’t need them. There are so many things in the store I would want to buy I just don’t have the space. Whoever works there if he is the owner or just a sales person is very laid-back and there’s no pressure. Nobody stares at you while you walk around the store. Definitely worth a visit .. amazing prices too… Fair amounts for everything nothing is overpriced”
