It was a very very hot day when I picked up the car and I was concerned that the AC wasn't working correctly after the repair. Bob listened to my concerns and kept the car an extra day to drive around and test everything. We just picked up that car and are incredibly happy with everything. The AC is working perfectly! “This is a very awesome gas station they treat me like family every time I come in. I usually go here to get beer and cigarettes, and play my lottery tickets. The beer and cigarettes really great in prices. Highly recommend this gas station for your convenience store needs. “The Chick-Fil-A of Collision repair shops!!! Do you remember your first experience with Chick-Fil-A and the amazement you had when you were pleasantly greeted and heard common courtesies such as “Please”, “Thank you” and “My pleasure!” Are you kidding?! Where am I…in the “Twilight Zone”?! And to top it off the quality is superb?! Well, this very likely how you will feel after having the misfortune of needing car body work and going to Classic Collision in Tamarac. The receptionist (Michelle) was very professional and helpful with setting up my appointment. Her phone personality is actually what helped me to decide to give them a shot. Admittedly I pass by this place everyday and would not think to go here for repairs only to go to the dealership. I was wrong. Classy operation. Top quality and fast! Thaad Thompson (the “h” is silent-Lol) was assigned to my claim and was the guy getting it done! Very knowledgeable, professional and candid regarding the estimate time, costs, and updates. My car was completed in one week from the appointment which reduced time for the need of a rental vehicle. Which leads to the other caveat. They have an enterprise representative on site with vehicles so you can pick up your rental in a one-stop-shop setting. The cars are not going to be luxurious but moderately to well cleaned and you can get suvs, to compact vehicles. Novaan was very very helpful in that regard. Overall very nice experience, highly recommended.”

When the service was taking a bit long for my special needs son, the guy literally offered to go out to his car and get my son a Rubiks cube to get his mind off of the boredom. And despite my not-so-great credit, he and Matt (in finance) were able to seal the deal with the bank in terms that were more than fair.Big shout-out to Matt as well, for a finance guy, he didn't try tacking on unneeded warranties. I simply told him I wanted the cheapest price, and he respected my wishes accordingly. Not something I could say with finance guys I've dealt with in the past.All around, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The complimentary car care kit from John Galli was a very nice touch!”

“Over due for an update, and here it goes...I returned to Pep Boys in Tamarac, and Jamar is now the Manager in charge. I now have a 2019 Honda Civic, and I brought it in for servicing for what I thought was just an oil change and brake fluid flush. The technicians at this Pep Boys have been there for many years and when they inspect a car, they check for everything. They are even willing to show you on your car, that the recommendations are really needed. One of the things I actually needed was a serpentine belt, and while they worked on other things, they sent someone to pick it up that day, and replaced it. I may have had to wait there a bit longer than expected, and my bill may have been higher than expected, but I was discounted, appropriately. I also opened a Pep Boys Credit Card and was approved immediately, with no interest for a year. I know I will pay it off before a year, and with that said I will now be driving with Peace of Mind, knowing my car is in great shape. More importantly, when I am driving my car, I do notice a big difference in how the car functions and drives so smoothly. Jamar and all of your wonderful technicians, I want to shout out a great big Thank you, for a job well done! I definitely will be returning to your repair shop, as needed!”
